In recent years, the employment rate has become the national attention to youth policy issues. In our case, due to join the World Trade Organization and the relocation of industries caused by the rapidly changing job market, the unemployment rate since financial crisis began to soar even higher. Aware of the government because of the social impact of unemployment and actively promote the policy of promoting employment, making the unemployment rate has gradually decreased. But the domestic significant increase in the number of vocational colleges, vocational college students has caused the rise in unemployment, how to improve the five-year vocational employment rate of graduates has become a highly important issue in the community.Increase the employment rate of five-year vocational graduates in addition to the promotion of government policy, each job training Vocational guidance unit also plays a pivotal role. However, the guidance department of business, employment training and manpower shortage phenomenon increasingly heterogeneous, job training and guidance has been a business school can not successfully promote the main reason. Therefore, job training and guidance in this research study staff, using factor analysis and analytical hierarchy process to identify the job training and guidance department should have the core business, providing employment and training schools to implement a reference guide policy.This combination of Jiangsu Province, the current five-year vocational colleges in various regions of the actual business situation of the colleges to understand the core business of employment to all major colleges employment counseling services the existing basis for the research and analysis, and consulting experts and employment officers investigating the feasibility of the method in the study used the descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA, factor analysis and analytical hierarchy process to gradually filter out should pay attention to the business of employment and be sorted.
