High employment is developing fast. But the quality is not optimistic. The evaluation system that reflected the characteristics of high employment has not yet formed. This study of student employment satisfaction survey is to improve the high school evaluation system; promote employment monitoring system innovation; promote the concept of quality of service changes; provide employment service agencies basis for improving the employment services, etc.Employment evaluation system is a typical multi-level, multi-factor, multi-purpose, multi-target, multi-bound gray system. It combines Analytic Hierarchy Process, Gray Comprehensive Evaluation and Gray Correlation Analysis in Gray System Theory for students employment satisfaction evaluation modeling analysis and empirical studies.This study used a questionnaire method, the China Institute of Metrology of the employment satisfaction, an empirical investigation. Empirical investigation aims to identify China Institute of Metrology of the graduates of the actual level of job satisfaction, and affect the job satisfaction of university students the main factor analysis from various angles, it should be how to improve the job satisfaction of university students.This paper mainly discusses the gray system theory with employment theory of "students foremost". On the basis of applying gray system theory to high employment, we adopt questionnaire survey to investigate the satisfactory condition of students of China Jiliang University. We try to analyze the data, calculate satisfaction indexes, and find out the items which are needed to improve currently. Therefore, we propose the feasible approaches to promote service of China Jiliang University.From the analysis of investigation, we point out that it is feasible and applicable to research the degree of satisfaction of students in colleges and universities; moreover, it lays the foundation to further study the degree of satisfaction of students and carry out the system of dynamic evaluation in colleges and universities in future.
