Higher vocational education start later in our country, but it's developing fast. Thequality of education is not optimistic. The vocational college level training of personnelevaluation system organized by the Ministry of Education is experts' evaluation. Anevaluation system that vocational students are the principal for evaluation and reflect thecharacteristics of higher vocational education has not yet formed. This study ofvocational student learning satisfaction survey is to improve the vocational educationschool evaluation system; promote vocational education monitoring system innovation;promote "customer satisfaction" idea. promote the concept of quality of service changes;provide vocational education service agencies basis for improving the educationalservices, etc.Educational evaluation system is a typical multi-level, multi-factor, multi-purpose,multi-target, multi-bound gray system. It combines Analytic Hierarchy Process, GrayComprehensive Evaluation and Gray Correlation Analysis in Gray System Theory forvocational students learning satisfaction evaluation modeling analysis and empiricalstudies.This research work bases on factors impacting the effectiveness of assessment. Inthis paper, the content of vocational education quality and vocational students learningsatisfaction evaluation model are discussed. At present, because most vocationalstudents' expectations deviate from the characteristics of Higher Professional Education.it creates a six-gap model of vocational education quality, and it uses direct differencesevaluation model to make evaluation. According to the vocational college level trainingof personnel evaluation system organized by the Ministry of Education, using thesurvey method, it builds an index system of assessing vocational students' learningsatisfaction in this paper. It uses Gray Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate thestudents' learning satisfaction of NingBo Polytechnic and DaHongYing vocationaltechnical college. The results tally with the actual circumstances, which confirmsevaluation model, theory and methods used in this paper are correct. It uses GrayCorrelation Analysis to make indicators of these two schools ranking,analysis,providing the basis for decision-making.
