Class is the basic unit of school education,teaching and management work,belongs to grass-roots organizations,and is an important place for students to learn,live and grow.Therefore,the school should create a space for every student to help them fully grow-that is,the class,stimulate their energetic learning,actively participate in classroom learning and extracurricular activities,to achieve spiritual enrichment and healthy growth of life.Class management is a very important part of school management.If we want to do a good job in school education,teaching and management,we must do a good job in class management first.In order to complete class management,we must rely on strong class managers.Under the new situation of the reform and development of vocational education system,the traditional class management system has been greatly impacted and influenced,which puts forward higher and more complex requirements for class management.Therefore,we should constantly improve the evaluation system of class management,make the evaluation more scientific and practical,and make the evaluation method more fair and just,so as to help the class management system adapt to the reform of education system more quickly.This article takes the colleges and universities as the research object,mainly using the questionnaire survey method and the interview legally and quantitatively.It is obtained from the survey that class managers in colleges and universities—classroom teachers' real information on the current status of class management—have collated the questionnaires.Based on the statistics of the questionnaires,the evaluation model of class management is constructed by using mathematical modeling thought and analytic hierarchy process.Combining with the conclusions drawn by analytic hierarchy process,the importance of each goal in the class management system is summarized,the main factors affecting the evaluation effect in the class management system are analyzed,and the methods of optimizing the class management system are put forward,mainly the optimization of the class management system.The management environment of the school and the construction of the system should be strengthened,including the construction of the work system of the head teacher and the evaluation system of the class management.This research is conducive to a more comprehensive summary of the current problems in the class management system of Vocational colleges,as well as their causes,to provide some theoretical support for further improvement,reform and development of the class management system of Vocational colleges.
