Education is an inexhaustible motive force for the long-term development of a nation and a country.Education accompanies throughout the whole development process of a nation all the time.However,teachers are the foundation of teaching construction and the power of the promotion of education,and an important guarantee for the stable development of various educational undertakings.As a consequence,if the education of a region attempts to achieve a long-term and highly efficient development,it is bound to shape the morals of the teachers,build the spirit of the teachers in the first place,and then build a team of teachers with strong political ideology and outstanding professional qualities so as to achieve sustainable development of education.Despite in recent years,the teachers' team construction of primary schools in X District of Chifeng City has obtained certain effects,and a group of outstanding teachers have sprout up,it still could not be satisfied with the requirements of teachers for social development,which have influenced on the rational allocation of education resources to a certain degree,restricted and delayed the rapid development of educational undertakings in X District.This thesis takes "Research on the Construction of Primary School Teachers' Team in X District of Chifeng City" as the research theme.On the grounds of the actual characteristics of the research object,this thesis has applied comprehensive research methods such as literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and so on.Obtain a comprehensive and thorough grasp and understanding of the current situation of the construction of primary school teachers' team in X District.Directing against the current situation of the construction of primary school teachers' team in X District,conducts analysis,the theoretical foundation of hierarchy of needs theory,theory of professional development of teachers,and theory of governance etc.is applied,the existing problems in the teachers' team construction of primary schools in X District of Chifeng City are revealed,carries out analysis of the reasons,and finally put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.This thesis is composed of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces the purpose and significance of the research,the present research situations,the contents and methods of the research,and defines the relevant concepts.The second part makes use of interview,and questionnaire survey etc.methods to learn about the management status,structure status,training status,income status,and mobility status of teachers in X District.On the basis of the analysis of the present situations,the third part summarizes the existing problems such as irrational team management,irrational internal structure of the team,mismatch of teacher status and salary,low training effects and brain drain of outstanding primary school teachers and so on.This thesis makes analysis of the causes of the problem from various angles,such as current government governance,school management,and teachers themselves.The fourth part comes up with countermeasures of promoting the construction of teachers' team in X District according to the cause analysis: Firstly,good government governance strategies should be formulated from the government governance aspect,so as to optimize the structure of the teacher team,improve the fund investment system of the primary school teachers' team,establish a scientific and reasonable primary school teacher mobility mechanism,and improve teachers' treatment and social identity.Secondly,the primary school teacher management system should be improved from the school management aspect,so as to improve the evaluation system of the primary school teachers' team,strengthen primary school teacher training,and promote professional development.Thirdly,teachers should be firm in educational ideals,standardize professional ethics,persist in lifelong learning,and improve one's own quality from the individual aspect.Through government governance,school management,and teacher implementation of three aspects,the improvement strategies have been brought forward for the sake of promoting the reform and development of the teachers' team in the primary schools in X District and making contributions to the development of educational business in the primary school in X District of Chifeng City.
