The Influence Of Case Work Intervention On Family Rearing On Children's Behavior

At present,the traditional fa mily education has undergoing earth shaking changes.In previous studies,it is believed that the influence of family upbringing on adolescent behavior is completely a kind of internal family behavior and there is no external intervention.Through the experience of project practice?the internship of children's social work,accessing a lot of young people and extracurricular activities,I found that the intervention of social w orker on teenagers has a profound im pact on their personality,behavior,learning and life style.There is a positive correlation relationship between intervention and effect of family education on adolescent behavior.This topic starts from the social work intervention,through the detailed case study to explore the effect of improving family education on adolescents' behavior.Based on the dom estic and foreign research stat us of parenting style,I m ake the clear purpose of the study and find out possible problems in parenting style from literature which is not conducive to the factors that affect the gro wth of children so that it is n ecessary and meaningful to intervene;According to the literature summary of the problem and the case of the master of the comparison,the comparative analysis between the before and after behavior of intervention of the owner is the embodiment of the results of this study.Case study is the main research method in this paper.Through recording,analysis and reflection of the families in cases,we can know the influence of parental rearing styles on children' s social behavior from the contact,chang e and consolidate the evaluation of several stages to have a detailed record of whole process of the case work;In the last part,based on the analysis of case work practice,analyze the influence of parenting s tyles on children's social behavior,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions and draw conclusions and improvement.By comparing the changes before and after the intervention of children' s behavior analysis,found that the interven tion of social worker parenti ng styles change will have a positive impact on children's behavior;communication helps to establish a good parent-child relationship;parent-child relationship was favorable for the behavior of children;compared to the other three kinds of parenting style;auth oritative parenting style can be m astered by learning.Through the interven tion of individual cases,it will prov ide parents with a m ore scientific and rational way to guide and educat e children's socialization behavior and provide a more conducive family environment for children's overall healthy development.
