The Study Of L School Social Work On The Basis Of SWOT Analysis And Strategy

The development of social work in our country nowgraduallyshows characteristics of specialization,regionalization in different provinces.Because of our large country,the development of social work also shows diversities in China: the southeast coastal areas develop faster and have more opportunities alsohuge influences;the central regions developrelatively slow,have a limited influence;in the western regions,represented by the Sichuan earthquake reconstruction.Although some achievements have been made,for other provinces in the western regionscan draw no more lessons from the recent practice.Q province has its own characteristics,ethnic minorities,lack of education resources.Compared withdeveloped provinces,the ability of accepting new things and speed of the external world are slowly.L primary school in Q province is the first social workestablished school,ithas developed so far since 2010.Through the process of seven years’ practice,theachievements in process which encounter bottlenecks step by step,grope for summing up the practical experience,worth as analysis and reference.An invisible treasure of school social work practice.The author,by means of practice in social work professional perspective,from three dimension in L primary school social workers,L elementary school social work service object,L elementary school social work service model tooverall the service,using the SWOT analysis method,research the current development from Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities,Threatsand puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to promoting the development of L primary school social work gets better and better.This article is divided into five parts.The first and second part mainly describe research method,significance and overview.On the basis of summarizing the research status,it explores the characteristics of Q region school social work services.And the third part set for detailed analysis.From the school social workers,school social work service objectandschool social work service model.The forth part of aiming at three levels of SWOT analysis,government should strengthen policy,supervise the mechanism of employing;Social workers need to improve professional quality and influence.The organization should explore a platform,integrate social resources.For better promote Q province school social work in progress,help Q province school social has a light future.
