Research On The Sustainable Development Of Social Work Projects ——Taking The One Foundation Children’s Service Station Of X Institution As An Example

As a top-down resource mobilization policy tool,the project system not only regulates the relationship between the central and local governments,but also overflows the financial field,and has been fully used in the social work field.The rise of government purchasing services for China’s social work provides a broad space for the survival and development of the industry,but the project scheme of social work at work at the same time it still has some problems,such as project goal conflict with the acquirer goal,project scheme of uneven development between institutions,such as unsustainable development of the project.This paper focuses on the unsustainable development of social work programs.This paper takes the One Foundation Children’s Service Station project of X Social Welfare Service Center in Lanzhou,which interrupted its service during the project cycle,as the research object,and uses the method of case study to comprehensively analyze the operation process of the one Foundation Children’s Service Station project of X Institution.By analyzing the operation process of the project,the author thinks about the difficulties and solutions sustainable existing in the project operation of social work.The results show that the essence of sustainable development of social work projects is a balanced and stable state among multiple subjects.The reason for the interruption of the One Foundation Children’s Service Station project in this study is that neither the micro system nor the macro system of the project can effectively cooperate and coordinate with each other.In the project-based operation of the One Foundation children’s Service Station,social work agencies,service objects and social workers of the project,as well as the macro environment of the project,were all unsustainable to a certain extent.These problems caused the interruption of the project within the cycle.In terms of the subject of the micro system,firstly,the top-level design of the institution is not standardized enough,and the project design is not reasonable enough,including the unsustainable service plan,the unfocused demand of the service object,and the unclear age division of the service object.Due to the unsustainability of institutional resources,human,financial and other resources are not enough to support the normal operation of the project at the later stage.Lack of scientific organization management.Secondly,the scale and professionalism of the project’s social worker team are insufficient,which leads to the serious loss of social workers.Finally,the service object cannot effectively express its demand for the dynamic adjustment of the project design,the objective and subjective limitations of parents,and the service distance and other factors lead to the unsustainable service object of the project.In terms of macro environment,the impact of traditional culture on residents,the unbalanced development of social work in different regions and the absence of policies also hinder the sustainable development of the project.In view of the difficulties in the sustainable development of the project,the author puts forward the path to promote the sustainable development of the social work project from micro and macro perspectives,and constructs the framework of the sustainable development of the social work project.
