With the rapid development of information technology, online learning has become the inevitable requirement for people to adapt to the change of social.MOOC which have "mass", "open", "free", "famous teacher and school" and other characteristics was welcomed by many learners, it achieved blowout development since 2012. Low completion rates, however, become a trial to MOOC. Recognizing the regularities and features of MOOC learners who give up the course and identifying the main factors that affect MOOC learners complete course are the prerequisite for solve the MOOC low completion rate problem. There are a number of influential theory achievement on the research of the influence factors complete MOOC in abroad, but most existing research just verify a single hypothesis, they are lack of system analysis of all factors,the study about influence factors of MOOC leaners complete course is very little in our country.Thus, this paper does an empirical research on the influence factors which affect the MOOC learners to complete their courses.This paper mainly use questionnaire investigation and interview method. Questionnaire respondents including MOOC offline communication group, college students who have MOOC courses(sample from zhengzhou university, henan university, henan normal university, luoyang normal college and so on); The interview objects are five MOOC learners of different identity.From multiple perspectives,this paper reseach on the influence factors of MOOC learners complete course, and found that the range of courses, deeply study methods, exercise strengthen in a timely manner and the teacher’s capacity of interpret knowledge are all important factors that affect learners to complete the course. And those learners who give up the course,ofen claim in the two periods(in the early two weeks,the third week between the exam week).According to the problems,this paper put forward the following Suggestions: in education policy level:included MOOC in course construction system of higher education; Curriculum construction and operation level :provide better support and service;Learners level: learners need choose course carefully, take more time on preparating courses, participate in learning activeiy,improve the engaged level.
