A Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In My Country From The Perspective Of Agricultural Modernization

In accelerating agricultural modernization background,combines the condition of the rural population quality,foster a batch of culture,understand technology,good management,will manage the new professional farmers,and attract talented people to join in agricultural management society,is related to the realization of farmer professional development,the upgrading of rural human resources into human capital and the key to dynamic two-way flow of resources between urban and rural areas.Since 2003,farmers' cultivation has been mentioned in the No.1 Central Document for 18 consecutive years.In view of this,the article "what is a new type of professional farmers-new professional farmers cultivate the reality,the influence factors of new professional farmers cultivating new professional farmers cultivating the optimization path of" the logic,on the basis of the theory of human capital theory,division of labor and the theory of government role,theoretically defines the related concept,connotation and characteristics of new type of professional farmers,agricultural modernization and new professional farmers cultivate coupling relationship,deeply analyzes the present situation and the cause of the current new professional farmers cultivating in China.Based on the above analysis summary and practical research results,the theoretical framework model of the influencing factors of the cultivation of new professional farmers is constructed.Taking Wulian County,Rizhao City as an example,the Logistic multiple regression model is used to conduct empirical test and analysis on the factors that may affect the cultivation of new professional farmers.The empirical results show that there are multiple problems in the cultivation of new professional farmers in Wulian County,such as the limitation of the training target's age and education level,the weak cultivation content and methods,the weak cultivation supervision feedback,the cognitive deviation of different social subjects and the lack of security system.On this basis,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of new professional farmers,in order to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of new professional farmers.This study enriches the application of human capital theory,division of labor theory and government role theory in agricultural production field.At the same time,through the demonstration of the factors affecting the cultivation of new professional farmers,put forward the optimization path of the cultivation of new professional farmers,in order to better guide the efficiency and effectiveness of the cultivation of new professional farmers,and promote the process of agricultural modernization.
