In order to solve the land,"Who farming" problem,the central document made great efforts to cultivate a new career farmers,new farmers will make farmers career faded identity attributes,accelerate professional farmers,farmers change the configuration state employment of family members,because from the implementation of new Vocational training of farmers has important practical significance,the new occupation farmers undertake agriculture science and technology and the use of the body,cultivate new occupation farmers to promote a basic project construction of modern agriculture and strategic tasks.With the accelerated process of urbanization,a large number of young rural labor transfer,rural practical talents "non-agricultural.development,rural "capable" exodus.Agricultural labor force aging,the quality of agricultural laborers was structural decline.However,modern science and technology of modern intensive agriculture,requiring the practitioner has a high cultural and technical quality;industrialization,large-scale,market-oriented nature of modern agriculture requires practitioners must have the will operate,and market awareness of good management of the economy.New vocational training farmers can provide qualified production and operation of the main successor to the development of China's modernization of agriculture.Improve the quality of farmers new occupation has important significance to improve the technological content and competitiveness of our national agriculture,to ensure safety of agricultural products,to promote modern agriculture and rural economic development,industrialization and urbanization level of quality.In this study,participate in the new vocational training farmers Hanshan City students as the research object,through questionnaires and interviews,the individual characteristics of the trainees,training time,the form of training,training,training,and other raw materials to quantify the effect of the statistical analysis of problems found in the investigation to analyze,from the perspective of the needs of the trainees themselves,build a reasonable training system,to enhance the effect of the new vocational training of farmers.The present study was to evaluate the statistical analysis and empirical research,the following conclusions:1.Current Situation of Vocational Training new farmers Hanshan are:the level of training of farmers increased breeding,training farmers a higher degree of popularity,more recognized farmers,but farmers overall low level of culture,older,conservative ideas,these negative factors seriously affect the effectiveness of training.2.Farmers are willing to accept training,training time,training methods,training content,training location willingness analysis,the optimum conditions Hanshan new vocational training of farmers.Survey shows that farmers are satisfied with the training time short-term training,the most satisfactory way of training courses in teaching,most satisfied with the training location is close to the village or in the home place,training is the most satisfying aspects of the professional and technical training.3.From the perspective of farmers trained,trained mainly in the problem:1.basic training low quality of the farmers,large farmers age,low educational level.2.Vocational training of farmers do not have the grassroots level,many farmers do not know or do not understand the new vocational training of farmers.3.The contents of vocational training of farmers not targeted,many elements of the training does not meet the needs of farmers.4.Vocational training of farmers enough publicity,training methods,training time and flexible enough.Therefore,the present study suggests that the current Hanshan new vocational training of farmers mainly in the government-led,in order to foster agricultural professional managers goals,selection,assessment and evaluation,strict management,support policies more perfect,but there are still supplying training curriculum heavy theory and practice of light,targeted training content is not strong;training time schedule conflicts with farmers,poor continuity;funding arrangements are not in place and other issues,training needs as follows:to improve the skills and knowledge for the purpose of learning management;training desired comprehensive,training methods in order to focus on school and on-site guidance combined,mainly short-term training time,training the best place in the village,and increase subsidies for teacher training,for which proposed the establishment of a multi-level,full range of training investment mechanism,set up scientific training content,innovative training methods,systematic training and short-term training combined,the nearest based training,field training,supplemented by other policy recommendations.
