The Study On Interpersonal Communication Barriers For Teenagers Of Single Parent Families By Psychological And Social Treatment Model

With the continuous development of society,people's marriage and family values,have taken place great changes,the number of single-parent families increased quickly,which makes the considerable number of teenagers living in incomplete state in the family.The study found that in the growth stage of teenagers because of physical and mental development of instability and vulnerability,after hit by the major domestic misfortune tend to produce all sorts of trouble and distress,the interpersonal dysfunction is a common problem.These teens if interpersonal skills training and development,nothing will directly affect the personal growth and socialization.Therefore,they need professional guidance and help,to solve this problem.This study aim to solve the problem of D who living in the single-parent family,by using professional social work method to explore the way to solve the problem of adolescent interpersonal communication barriers,through actual case services,help the service object to solve the problem,get a better development.First of all,this study of the basic situation of the service object and interpersonal situation has carried on the investigation and analysis,this paper points out the service object exists in the interpersonal isolation,communication difficulties and other issues,both through observation,refer to the documents and contact analysis the service object interpersonal problems by themselves,family and society three aspects of mutual influence.Further more specific data collection service object in the case of establishing a professional relationship and service object estimate,the service object of interpersonal problems diagnosis,determine the handicap of interpersonal relationship and explore the specific causes of problems,and the service object of system resources are analyzed in,find the service objects themselves and the outside has a variety of resources.Through problem diagnosis and resource analysis,combined with the service object of the actual situation,researchers to humanism theory,people in the scene and social support theory based,select the mode of psychological and social treatment and their applicability was analyzed in the paper.At the same time,and the service object to develop three aspects of their own,family and social services,to determine the purpose and objectives of the service and services needed to carry out the content.Then,as a service to the key step in development stage,the author on the basis of the psychological and social treatment mode using one-to-one motivation type interview to help the service object arouse the motivation,and motivation into practical action,by trying to communicate with people to restore the strengthening of the service object interpersonal skills,overcome their interpersonal obstacles.At the same time,the author also to the external environment for the improvement of the service object,explore and make use of the service object in the family and society can take advantage of the resources,through the links and resources integration,to help the service object to obtain good changing environment,to build a social support network.In the later stages of the intervention,consolidate the involvement of the service object effect,and follow up service.In the evaluation of the service,the author,through the method of measurement and observation of the service object to evaluate the effect of intervention,through the baseline measurement,target completion,scale measurement,object of service satisfaction assessment and observe assessment of five aspects to the service object the intervention effect of comprehensive assessment.Can be seen from the results of the assessment of the service object to significantly improve interpersonal problems,interpersonal skills and get the corresponding recovery and ascend.Finally,the author from the pattern choice,services,technology,and work ethic three aspects has carried on the summary and reflection,points out the psychological and social treatment mode for teenagers solve the positive role of interpersonal dysfunction,but also reflects on the practice carried out in the process of technology and ethical dilemmas,finally further emphasized the social work intervention in the important function and meaning of adolescent interpersonal dysfunction.
