Middle school students in the adolescent period,due to the rapid growth ofphysiology,psychology,which have strong interpersonal communication needs,whetherthis kind of demand can be met,directly related to their growth. On the other hand,because of their own capacity constraints,the young cannot meet their interpersonalcommunication needs,and even lead to the emergence of difficulties,and the school,as the students,main place of communication,fails to provide good service to correctlyguide them. In this case,the intervention of social work methods will emerge as the timesrequire. Based on the above background,combined with the author,s experience inprofessional practice in JL middle school in Guangyuan,the author try to use the socialwork methods to train middle school students,ability of Interpersonal communicationafter theoretical analysis on the related knowledge on their interpersonal communication.In this paper,the author detailed describes the group work method and case work methodused in the process of middle school campus interpersonal,and evaluate the interventioneffect from various angles,the research results show that the application of social workmethods in middle school campus interpersonal is effective.This study summarizes the effectiveness factors of group work method and casework method in middle school campus interpersonal skills training. When we use thegroup work method to train middle school students,ability of interpersonalcommunication,we should make full use of the following six factors,make full use ofthe game,The effective use of self exposure,the power of feedback and indirect learning,the effect of situational experience,train a core member of the group,theleadership role of social workers. And when we use the case work method to train middleschool students,ability of interpersonal communication,we should intervene from threeaspects,the client,cognition,behavior and environment.
