Modern enterprises plays a very important role.in the settlement of employment problems,increase revenue and so on.But with the rapid development of China's market economy in recent years and the implementation of a new round of opening-up policy,many companies are faced with international and domestic dual competitive pressures.This pressure on the one hand to the enterprise has brought important opportunities for development,on the other hand also to the development of enterprises to bring obstacles.As employees,are often vulnerable to the impact of this pressure and then produce psychological and life and other difficulties.The emergence of the above dilemma problem,so that from the West into our social work has come into play.As one of the three methods of social work,the case work plays a very important role in slowing down the psychological pressure of the individual,improving social relations and enhancing social support.This paper aims to study the practical effect of the "psychological-social" treatment model in the case work to alleviate the obstacles of the employees' adaptability and improve their adaptability through the intervention of the case social work.In order to test the "psychological-social" treatment model through the improvement of human social relations to promote individual interpersonal communication barriers to eliminate the psychological pressure to relax,adaptability and other aspects of the practical role.This study is based on the analysis of Wu's case work of C City A Company,and adopts literature research,field research,case study and interview.In the early stage of the process,we learned about the current academic research on the status quo of employees and the application of social work practice model analysis.Then,according to the nature of the recipients,we selected the "psychological-social" treatment model for enterprise employees Wu analysis and intervention.In the process of intervention,we based on the "psychological-social" treatment model of the characteristics of the recipient Wu had a study,diagnosis and treatment.In the course of the study,we mainly collected the relevant information with Wu and made a preliminary analysis of the causes of its predicament.In the diagnosis stage,we conducted case interviews with the recipients to further determine the plight of the recipients And its main needs;in the treatment stage,we mainly family resources and social resources into the service process,to promote the Wu problem of psychological difficulties,interpersonal skills and ability to adapt and so on.Through this study,we have tentatively verified the advantages and effects of the "psycho-social" treatment model in the process of intervention of employees."Psychological-social" treatment model advocates from the psychological and social aspects of the recipients of the analysis,and from both direct and indirect dimensions of the recipients to solve the problem of help people can effectively help employees out of reality Dilemma.In particular,the idea advocated by this model has an important role in improving the social relationship of the individual in order to achieve the treatment of the recipient,to stimulate the potential of the recipient,to meet the needs of its self-realization.
