The purpose and significance of the study: Judo movement belongs to the technical competitive sport,request to the athlete's physical ability,intelligence and mental strength are higher,especially in the fitness function,and strength training is the main content of youth athletes training Judo,is to lay the foundation for the special training,so as to ensure Judo athletes all-round development,improve their sports ability of athlete's strength better,the intensity and the amount of the special training can be improved,so as to improve the competitive level of athletes,and athletes to keep good athletic state,but is in the sports school in Judo athletes are teenagers,because adolescent physical development is a special stage,so we should pay attention to the physical characteristics of youth development.According to the laws of physical development,the influence of special strength training on the body,the use of different training methods To improve the quality of the power and the strength training of new methods and new Judo for training in the teaching process,to improve the technical capacity Judo team,summed up the strength training methods and means,making a reasonable training plan,more Judo sports scientific training to provide some reference.Subjects and methods: the study of Laiwu City Sports School Judo team was investigated through literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,select the Laiwu City Sports School Judo 16 athletes,according to the method of random sampling,were randomly divided into groups,divided into control group and experimental group.And body shape and Judo movement on the selected students were significant analysis between the control group and the experimental group showed no significant difference.The two groups of athletes in the combination of judo techniques to develop the same special content,the control group to take the traditional strength training method,the experimental group using modern strength training methods.After a year of training time,test the relevant indicators of the two groups of players,and the measured data for a comprehensive statistical analysis.Research results:1.Comparison results the control group and the experimental group:after the experiment,no significant difference between 10 s score and grip two index(p<0.05),the experimental group and the head shaking the rope over and there was significant difference between the indicators of achievement(p<0.05)2.The experimental group data core strength longitudinal comparison of 1 years of training,the experimental group of 30 s investment and the lifting performance is greatly improved,before and after the experiment with significant difference(p<0.05),and head shaking rope turn indicator has highly significant difference before and after the experiment(p<0.01),grip and barbell performance in 2008.No significant difference before and after the experiment(p>0.05).Research conclusion:1.the modern strength training method and traditional training means to jointly improve the large Judo special strength index shake rope and barbell 2008 fall cloth Judo,basic technology and lift,these indexes increased most rapidly in the index,indicating the significant role of modern strength training and traditional strength training methods of the indicators,improve the effect of better.2.the modern strength training method can improve the power quality of the body Judo students,but the influence of Judo athletes special strength and basic technology more,so it can be used as the main means of Judo special strength training.3.the traditional strength training can also improve the strength of the body of judo professional students,the quality of special forces and basic skills to improve a little less,so it can be used as a means of combining modern strength training.4.the modern strength training methods and traditional strength training methods for judo basic technology are slightly improved,but the range is small,so for judo professional athletes,strength training can only be used as the basic skills of Judo The basic skills of judo can not be greatly improved.
