At the end of the 20th century and beginning of the 21st century.Our country had started a new round of reform of basic education.The core concept of it is "Everything is for the development of each student",and implementation of quality education in order to cultivate the people to be full developmented.And with the advancement of the new curriculum reform,the focus of the education reform have already transfer from the national government and the expert level to the local,school,teacher and even in the class.The attention of the teaching of the teacher has from the basic knowledge and skills changed into the construction of 3D-target-system which the purpose is to improve the students' scientific literacy.The understanding of the result of education determines the practice of evluation.The effective educational evaluation promote the teaching implementation.The interpretation and application of evaluation result and the feedback obtained in the teaching process have further affected the understanding of education results,and then determine whether the evaluation of education is effective and to adjust the implementation of teaching.In such a chain system,the evluation is the key factor for the promote of the curriculum reform,and the test with pan and paper has been unable to meet the current teaching requirements.The perfomance evaluation emphasizes in real situation as much as possible.Based on a certain standards,to judge the process or the results of the complete of the complex activities by the students.This will not only make up the defect of too much attention on exam scores in traditional evaluation for the student,but also provide the new evaluation,which can meet the demand of adapting to quality education for people.Chemistry is experiment-based science.In the compulsory education chemistry coruse standards in 2011,we can find it has already clearly put forward the recommendations and statements of the evaluation of the activity performance which has consistency with the purpose and the content of the course.The research problems of this paper are as follows:(1)What is the meaning and main factors of performance evaluation?&How is the significance of its evaluation?(2)What is the present situation of the application of performance evaluation in experimental teaching by chemistry teacher.(3)What are the differences in demographic background factors of chemistry teachers in junior middle school?(4)What is the main influencing factors of applying performance evaluation to the evaluation of experimental teaching in Class by chemistry teachers in junior middle school.(5)Is there any corresponding measures can promoting the application of performance evaluation by teaching in class?This paper consists of five parts.The first part is introduction,to describe the origin of this research,the significance of this reasearch,the design and methods of this research.The second part is literature review.To explain the key concept of "Experiment teaching of chemistry","Evaluation of chemistry education" and "Performance assessment".Review the related research satuation in our country and abroad.Explain the theoretical basis of performance evaluation.The third part is the research of current application situation and its influencing factors of performance evaluation between chemistry teachers in junior middle school.To description the preparation,test,release and recycle of the questionaire.To analyze the application situation of performance evaluation and its probably influencing factors of education in middle school.In this paper will from 6 dimensions to describe the current application situation teaching by chemistry teachers in junior middle school,and test the difference of demorgraphic background.Then verify the hypothesis model by path analysis,examine the specific effects path between them.The fourth part is the current problems in application of performance evaluation in chemistry experiment teaching in junior middle school.Exploring the Countermeasures in order to improve the application of performance evaluation in junior middle school,by through the analysis the situation of performance evaluation in education and the interview notes.The fifth part is to elaborate the conclusion,inspiration,rethink and prospect of this research.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall situation of performance evaluation in junior middle school chemistry experiment teaching is worse,not only the development but also the clarity of describe,the practicality and the effect of the evaluation need to be improved.The collection of evidence for the evaluation of the evaluation is at general level.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' understanding of performance evaluation and the application of performance evaluation in junior middle school experiment teaching,the teachers' understanding of performance evaluation is the key factor for the application of this evaluation.(3)In order to promote the application of performance evaluation of chemistry experiment teaching for junior middle school teachers,advocate the performance evaluation,change the traditional sameness evaluation method for student.The school need to provide the necessary support and guarantee for the implementation of performance evaluation,to provide the necessary learning opportunities for teachers,improve the professional ability and comprehensive quality;...
