| With the accelerated process of urbanization in China, the younger generation have gradually produced a sense of alienation and strangeness at the foot of the land,the people who live together on the land, and its implication of the profound culture.Therefore what people lost is not only the material wealth but also the spiritual home.And rooted in the farming civilization of Chinese,the local literature has a tenacious vitality. It is this rich local characteristics and strong aboriginality that lead people to deepen the affection of the native land and the nation. Attaching importance to the local literature in the teaching materials is of great significance to carry forward the national spirit, to enhance the students’ traditional culture, to lay the foundation of the students’spiritual civilization and to cultivate the students’ conception of values.In this paper, it regards the compiled local literature works in the Chinese textbooks of middle school and high school as the subject of the study. And the teaching material are mainly taken from the version of the PEP Education ,Jiangsu Education Edition and the Hu Bei Press textbooks. The paper produces the discuss respectively from the aspects of the overview of local literature, the work of the teaching materials, the teaching situation of local literature and the teaching strategies.Firstly the paper clarifies the concept of local literature, to understand its research status, to draw an outline of its development and to discuss its significance for the growth of young people. Secondly,through the method of chart statistics, the paper analyzes the quantity and selection of local literature in several versions of the textbooks, knows the rich and complicated forms of local literature, and points out its diversified development trend. On the basis of the comparison of teaching materials, the students were surveyed through the form of questionnaires. The teachers were surveyed through the form of interview. And finally find out some of the problems existing in the local literature teaching at present ,such as teachers Chinese accomplishment is not high, school students lack of interest and lack of related activities and so on. Based on this, the author put forward her own suggestions for the current situation of local literature teaching guided by the Chinese curriculum standards, combined with teenagers current cognitive level and according to the present situation of local literature teaching,so as to provide a feasible scheme of local literature teaching for the high school teachers who works in the front line in the theoretical construction and practical operational level. |
