With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform and the education informatization, in face of the need of cultivating innovative talents, individualized teaching has been developed gradually and accepted by more and more teachers.Focusing on the learner’s interest will mobilize the enthusiasm and exert the creativity of students profitably, accordingly improving the present situation of information technology teaching.This research uses the literature research method, classroom observation method and questionnaire survey,etc. Through the analysis of relevant literature to understand the concept and characteristics of individualized teaching, through classroom observation to study the status of high school information technology teaching. This paper analyzes how to build the task driven teaching mode in the individualized teaching basing on learners’ interest, and proposes the principles and strategies that can be followed and used in the implementation process of individualized teaching. Through carrying out the individualized teaching basing on learners’ interest in high information technology classroom and analyzing the practice effect, discovered that individualized teaching basing on learners’ interest can optimize information technology teaching and improve students’ learning effect. This paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the relevant research background, the research status of individualized teaching and learning interest at home and abroad, as well as the problems existing in the information technology teaching, and the purpose, significance,content and methods of this research.The second chapter is the overview of relevant theories,including the concept and characteristics of individualized teaching, the theory about learning interest, the theory of humanism learning and the learning motivation theory.The third chapter analyzes how to construct the task driven teaching mode in the individualized teaching basing on the learners’ interest, and puts forward the principles and strategies that should be followed in the individualized teaching of information technology curriculum.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the case and practice effect. Through the questionnaire survey to understand the basic abilities and the learning needs of students,then design and implement the teaching. Through the product analysis method and the questionnaire survey analyzes the performance of task, the learning effect, and the teaching effect.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect of this research. Summarizing the status of teaching practice, analyzing the problems and deficiencies in this research provides the basis for the subsequent teaching, and look forward to the future.
