In2000November, the Ministry of Education issued Notice No.[2000]33, makes theinformation technology as an independent course such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain aswidely set up in the national primary and middle schools.In psychology, people are so interested in understanding: interest is a kind of psychologicalintention of a person to understand the world, change the world and eager to get the knowledge ofscience and culture and the constant search for truth with emotional color.[1]in this respect, learninginterest is refers to the student to learn knowledge, palm knowledge and continue to use knowledgeto improve a mental intention self-cultivation and competence in the learning process; so far, therehas been a lot of research results show that: the learning interest is the core factor ofself-consciousness and the enthusiasm of the students in the study, is the supplement, is veryimportant for the conditions to succeed in learning.[2]learning interest is the power source ofstudent learning, the students lack interest in learning was once lose the motivation of learning.In other disciplines, research of countless ancestors that, each learner’s learning performanceand the subject of interest in learning is closely related to the practical teaching process, mostdisciplines also verify this point: a student on which subject learning more interest in the learningperformance is better, learning the interest is not high the score is not up to the. Based on eachsubject, this commonality: all the students with good academic performance, high their interest inlearning; learning of poor students, basic on this subject are not too interested in. In the teaching ofinformation technology disciplines has been the opposite phenomenon: in the teachers generallythought that the students of information technology subject learning interest is high, their academicperformance is poor, and this requires us to verify through research, at the end of the problemwhere?Through the search and analysis of the related research, we can know, this situation about theinformation technology teaching, occurred in the national various areas are very similar, As aninformation technology teacher, we have the responsibility and obligation to lead the students to findmore suitable for their discipline in information technology in learning, and let the studentinformation technology learning skills to become their proficiency in a particular line.In this case, I tried to analyze the investigation by the students in our school are in the interest of learning of this subject, the actual situation of the students in this subject study, and bysummarizing the experience of predecessors, to find a more suitable for their own, easy to accept,implementation, effective feasible and Implementation plan and strategy for students to improve thelearning effect of information technology for the university students, and related experiments.In this study, I firstly through the method of questionnaire, three students in the school wereinvestigated. Through the analysis of survey data, can be found in every grade students’ learning ofinformation technology disciplines interest degree is not high; and then, for a more accuratecomparison and analysis of the related questions to each dimension, so as to find some reason andreason for students interested in learning degree is not high. Furthermore, for various reasons thatmake research and analysis of relevant assumptions, and through consultation, learning style and theexperience of teachers and students were related to the content of the understanding, the appropriatetreatment of all kinds of information and then actively for teachers and students to provide, inconjunction with literature retrieval, consultation, ask the way seek somebody has been made of therelated research results and the actual situation of School of combining study and feasibility analysis,the research achievements of others is improved, the revised application on the school informationtechnology teaching, which can improve the students of our school to the information technologydiscipline study interest, effectively promote the related strategy the learning effect of students onthis subject.Then the strategy I have taught for experimental class, after nearly1years after the experiment,the experimental class and the control class were analyzed, using the research strategy that class ininformation technology in the teaching process, classroom discipline had been greatly improved,students of information technology learning unprecedented enthusiasm. Interviews with andclassroom test results show that the strong degree of information technology, students interest inlearning has been greatly improved, the learning effect was improved obviously.
