The core concept of new curriculum reforming education is people-oriented, namely everything for the development of each student. Under the guidance of the curriculum standard, the high school mathematics had a big change compared with before, especially the humanized version of the high school mathematics textbook interspersed many different type of mathematical reading materials for students to explore learning,cultivate innovative practical ability to provide a wealth of resources. The new curriculum advocates students to self-study, so that the situation of studying the students to learning mathematics reading materials has an important realistic and theoretical significance. Therefore, theme of this article is the study of high school students on the learning mathematics reading material. In this paper, the content of reading materials for the dimension prepare a questionnaire to investigating the impact of the high school students on learning reading materials and students 'abilities. The following conclusions are obtained by investigation and analysis:(1) The high school students have generally grasped the reading materials in mathematics teaching materials, which expansion knowledge and application knowledge have a better degree,the second one is information technology, the history of mathematics is the lowest degree.(2) The high school students have a better learning attitude in reading materials.(3) In the different types of materials, the boys have a better degree than the girls only on the history of mathematics, the other types are the girls better than the boys.(4) The learning situation of high school students on the expansion knowledge; the history of mathematics and information technology reduce with the grade increased, in the application of knowledge is on the rise.(5) The higher the level of student achievement, the better grasped of the reading material.(6) Learning the reading material have a greater influences on the students' self-learning ability and reading ability. In the depth of learning ability and exploring ability have a smaller influences. In generally, it conducts to improving the students' mathematical literacy.Some suggestions are given for the results of the survey:(1) Changing the way of the students learning and advocating students to use reading materials for autonomous learning, inquiry learning, cooperative learning.(2) Changing the way of teaching and applying the reading materials into the class.(3) In the class, teacher should stress on thereading material situation teaching, in order to stimulate students' curiosity and the flexible use of information technology and teaching integration.(4) The teachers fully guide students to read extracurricular.(5) To provide students with free space for development.The innovation of this study: the study object shifted from the study of teachers'teaching to the study of students' autonomous learning. The study focuses on students'learning of reading materials. From the attitude of reading materials, the contents of reading material and the affect of reading materials on the students' ability to explore.The research perspective is novel. Through the investigation and the data analysis ,we know that the student generally have a better knowledge, with this situation in response,we have given some suggestions for students to study and self-learning materials, so the conclusions is innovation.
