Exercise teaching is an indispensable and important part of Physics Teaching in senior high school.Through the exercise of effective teaching,we can help students master the basic knowledge,strengthen the nursing and solving method of basic skills,build the basic physical model which is commonly used in learning Physics.In the same time,it can help students structure important physics problem-solving ideas.Of course,exercise teaching is also an important teaching way under the new curriculum implementation of the three-dimensional target.It consists in the whole physical exercises teaching process.However,in the actual teaching,due to the restriction of time,examination,evaluation and other factors,the effective teaching of exercises can't really be applied in the teaching.Naturally,learning effect is not optimistic.Therefore,this paper aims to study the effective theory of exercise class,and form a feasible teaching strategy,which can be used to guide practical teaching.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.In the first part,talking about the background,research status,the significance and purpose of the study;In the second part,giving a clear definition of effective teaching and exercise teaching,and the basic theory of the efFective teaching of constructivism theory,metacognitive theory and recent development theory,cognitive load four positioning theory;In the third part is mainly on the investigation of the class of exercises of students' learning situation,teaching situation,making questionnaire,questionnaire survey,data statistics and analysis;the fourth part,mainly studying the problem of effective teaching objectives and principles exercises,explore the effective teaching strategy;comparing the main research problem of effective teaching evaluation standard,exercises in effective teaching evaluation of the summary,the normal group and the experimental group teaching results;In the fifth part,it is a brief exposition of the problems in the research of this thesis.
