To promote the balanced development of compulsory education and narrow the gap and the high-quality education resources allocated rationally between urban and rural areas,which is a significant goal of China's basic education at this stage.However,there is most of bad phenomenons that it is lacking sufficient and good course and faculty in rural small-teaching schools,which is one of the significant factors to hinder the balanced development of compulsory education.Synchronous interaction hybrid classroom is an innovative measure as education information construction project of Xian'an District,which achieved remarkable results to resolve that bad phenomenons.And this is a new model of instruction that is more and more complex,changeful,comparing with the traditional teaching,so encountering mangy problems and challenges in teaching process.How to take qualitative and quantitative analysis of teaching and learning behavior with the new mode,and reveal the operation mechanism,existing problems and provide optimization strategies of improving the effect,which is a new topic of theoretical significance and practical value.This essay's point of penetration is teaching and learning behavior and effect,and takes a case of fascinating music course.According to the relevant theories and methods of classroom observation,the author designs an observation scale and analysis method.Meanwhile it begins to observe and record the teaching and learning behavior in music classroom and investigates the effect.According to record result,analyzes the problems of teaching and learning behavior in some detail.The author provides optimization strategies of solving problems,hopes to achieve promotion teaching effect of Synchronous interaction hybrid classroom in the end.Firstly,the author describes Synchronous interaction hybrid classroom concept,teaching mode,technology,and so on,letting more people know the classroom,and analyzes music classroom characteristics of strong practicality,strong interaction,using information technology seriously,comparing with other subjects.Secondly,the author designs a Synchronous interaction hybrid classroom behavior observation scale and analysis method,according to the "FIAS?ITIAS?TBAS" and it begins to observe and record Synchronous interaction hybrid classroom music course of Xian'an experimental foreign language primary school connected with Liuci and Sujiafang rural schools and analyze teaching and learning behavior.Next the author designs analysis dimension of teaching effect,according to the"compulsory education music curriculum standard",investigates and analyzes teaching effect.Ultimately,the author discovers behavior troubles that the leading-in way of classroom teaching is too single,the instruction is not sufficient and careful,the lack of interaction and the students' peer discussion and ask questions,basing on analyzing the behavior and teaching effects,and propose the optimization strategies that the change of teaching concept and the promotion of teaching environment,optimizing teaching design and strengthening collaboration of the remote teacher,combing small class instructional mode with regular class teaching,effective integration of "Hand in hand" activities and practical teaching.
