The widespread application of synchronous classrooms in the field of basic education is one of the effective ways to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education and improve the quality of education in rural teaching sites.With the help of Internet technology and a synchronized classroom system environment,two or more physical classrooms can be connected through one screen,enabling different and diverse interactions between different teaching subjects.At present,synchronous classroom teaching has a series of problems that need to be solved,such as low interaction frequency and insufficient interaction.Based on literature research,this study first defines the connotations of concepts such as synchronous classroom,teaching interaction and teaching interaction,and teaching interaction strategy,and sorts out the current research status of teaching interaction strategies and synchronous classroom teaching interaction strategies in general classrooms.Secondly,it is analyzed that the synchronous classroom teaching interaction mainly includes three basic elements: people,technology and environment.Based on this,a synchronous classroom teaching interaction model is constructed based on the collaborative teaching theory.The model divides the synchronous classroom teaching into three stages: pre-class collaborative lesson preparation,in-class collaborative teaching,and after-class collaborative evaluation and reflection.At the same time,the human element is considered and the synchronous classroom teaching interaction is divided into teacher-student interaction,student-student interaction,and teacher-teacher interaction.Technical elements are mainly represented by technical tools,and environmental elements are represented by network environment support and local environment support.Under the guidance of the model,an analysis framework is developed to analyze the cases of synchronous classroom teaching,and the characteristics and existing problems of synchronous classroom teaching interaction in current practice are summarized,and then strategies for promoting interactive classroom teaching interaction are proposed,mainly including activity organization strategies,considering both Local strategies,off-site competition strategies and collaborative teaching strategies.Finally,action research was carried out with the example of synchronous English teaching in Huocheng County,Xinjiang.According to the interactive strategy proposed in the previous period,through tracking and guiding the primary and secondary teachers to carry out collaborative teaching design and collaborative teaching organization,the strategy is continuously analyzed and improved.Finally,based on the teacher-student interaction,an activity organization strategy,an evaluation feedback strategy,and a strategy that takes into account the two places are proposed;based on the student-student interaction,an off-site competition strategy and a mutual evaluation strategy are proposed;based on the teacher-student interaction,a collaborative teaching strategy,a main and auxiliary agreement strategy,Assisted management strategy;put forward environmental support strategy based on human-technology interaction.Research shows that there are four types of teacher-teacher interaction,teacher-student interaction,student-student interaction,and human-technical interaction in synchronous classroom teaching.Interactions based on different types of interactions,and the use of corresponding strategies to increase the frequency and depth of interactions,can effectively enhance the effectiveness of synchronous classroom teaching and promote the common development of urban and rural teachers and students.
