The development of information technology has had a revolutionary impact on education,and it has provided a strong impetus for the school to use technology to promote the development and innovation of education.As the material basis and the primary condition of the developmental strategy of education Informatization,infrastructures have attracted worldwide attention.As one of its three components,learning terminals play an important role in promoting the development of education.After several years of development,learning terminal construction in China has achieved remarkable results,personal terminal equipment,network environment coverage has begun to take shape.However,with the learning of the terminal building in the leading developed countries still have a certain gap.What are the differences and similarities between the construction of learning terminals in developed countries and China,how to implement the terminal building strategy,how the stage of development has experienced the process of implementation of the policy,respectively achieved what results,how to ensure the steady development of terminal construction,how to effectively promote the learning terminal in the specific application of school implementation.The paper puts forward the feasible model of terminal construction in our country and provides reference for policy makers and educators of education informationization in our country,which is the main content of this paper.This paper,through the literature research method,analyzes the strategic objectives,specific tasks and implementation results of the construction of learning terminals in primary and middle schools in different stages from the content of the development of educational informationization in the United States.From the official institutions,government documents,international organizations and other sites related to the construction of learning terminals in the United States and the use of foreign websites combing the learning terminal construction and development of policy guidance,system security and economic support;From the school and the federal education Web site to learn the application of learning the terminal network access,terminal equipment,management practices;Through the case analysis method to analyze the similarities and differences in the case of the implementation process;Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature and survey data,this paper uses the comparative research method to analyze thoroughly the characteristics of the application and development strategy of the US learning terminal,compare the current development of China and the United States in which the development stage and the next phase of the problems faced by the development.And from the analysis of the construction and application of the United States,for our learning terminal construction and application of inspiration.Based on the analysis and comparison of the development strategy and application of American learning terminals,the author sums up the experience of the development of American learning terminal construction,including strategic planning,community support,implementation of the application system,the project application support in four areas;And puts forward the methods and enlightenment of the application of learning terminal construction in our country.Also,This paper puts forward the inspiration of construction and application of learning terminals in China from the aspects of strategic planning,multi-party cooperation,technology application,learning mode and future education.
