As an important way of school-based teacher training, mentoring has been used widely in elementary schools and high schools. However, there are still lots of problems about the issue. At present the system of teacher and pupil research mainly focus on the novice teacher. No attention to the teacher and pupil system for the development of young teachers is also very important.This study take "mentoring improve new teachers’development" as the research object, faith and methods as the theoretical basis. Around "apprentice system" and "young teachers’ teaching style of form mechanism" on.This paper is composed by five parts, The first chapter, origin and the problem put forward; The second chapter, research status and research significance; Chapter3, the research process and research methods; The fourth chapter, miss zhao case studies; Chapter5, epilogue. The first chapter, mainly introduced why choose the issue. Chapter2, this paper expounds "apprentice system" promote youth teachers’ teaching style of the formation of the basis, for the understanding of the problems in the current research situation and in teachers’professional development in the field of prospect and the research significance; Chapter3, expounds the research idea, framework and the choice of research methods. The fourth chapter is divided into four parts:the first part is teacher and pupil teaching style of comparative research:this part of main research master’s teaching style and disciple’s teaching style, analysis and compare the similarities and differences. The third chapter, faith and the method:this part from the angle of the old teacher, the experienced teacher about "how to train an apprentice" faith, specific methods and ingenious ways. The fourth chapter, faith and methods:this part from the angle of the apprentice, the disciple in how to learn, how the formation of conscious’s own teaching style. Chapter5, conclusion and analysis: this part will be through for a pair of teacher and pupil, summarizes master how to teach, what should be the disciple’teaching" and "learning", and consciously find and form new teachers’scientific teaching style, hope the school for the master and disciple provide reference.
