| Group work practice need to carry out a group of workers with knowledge,skills and comprehensive ability of professional value,whether the worker can lead the team to achieve its goals test the four abilities of workers:Whether to meet the practical requirements;whether to master the professional value and knowledge,;whether the theory can be applied to practice;whether have the critical thinking.This study is based on the theory of social action and the existing team work in H University Q studio,The key question is how to observe,analyze and reflect on the practice in the case of professional relationship,knowledge limitation and ability limitation.Found that the current social workers’ something need to improve the skills and deficiencies,to better solve the problems faced in the practice process and in order to improve the overall service level.So as to enhance the effectiveness of the practice and improve the group model.In this paper,the practice of "soul catcher" self exploration group is taken as an example which refers to relevant literature,field interviews and questionnaires to collect data and use the participatory action research methods.This paper focuses on the group work skills used by the team from the preparation stage,the stage of action to the stage of group reflection.It focuses on the analysis of the skills and techniques of action plan design,non professional skills and professional skills,the skills of actor role conversion,and the final evaluation of the effectiveness of group intervention.The difference between the group and the other groups lies in the timely reflection of the use of professional skills,especially in the process of activities,the coping skills of different types of members,self exploration skills and communication skills.Skills are directly related to the achievement of the goals of the group,So the workers are required to have higher practical ability.From the perspective of action research,this group of workers summed up the reflection of practical action,and found that the assessment skills and self exploration skills are the most important part of the workers need to improve. |
