Group Work Involved In The Study Of Child People Skills Improvement In Low-income Families

Children from families with subsistence allowances refer to children living in families enjoying subsistence allowances.Children from families living on subsistence allowances are at a critical stage of development and growth.If the problems of children from families living on subsistence allowances are not solved timely and effectively,their healthy growth is likely to be affected.At present,the welfare policy of children is still not perfect,and there is less research on the children of the low security family.Therefore,it is very important for the development of social progress to conduct in-depth research on the group of children of the low security family.According to the process of literature search,planning,investigation and evaluation,selection of objects to be involved,intervention of group work,analysis and discussion,and formation of the paper,this paper investigates the children from the subsistence families in Y Town,Xiangyang City by combining the method of participant observation,interview and literature research.It is found that most of the children from the families of living allowances have weak emotional expression and management ability,lack of language expression and communication ability,and lack of teamwork and sharing ability.On this basis,the author selected 9 children from subsistence families and ordinary families in Y Town,Xiangyang City,and conducted the intervention process of group work to improve their interpersonal skills.Through the intervention process of group work,It is found that the intervention of group work can help improve the emotional expression and communication ability of children from families living on subsistence allowances,enhance their teamwork and sharing ability,and the intervention of children from families living on subsistence allowances from the perspective of social work is conducive to the healthy growth of children.
