| Since the global economic crisis in 2008,the green economy has become the mainstream strategy of the world.The advanced countries in the world try to restore their own economy and realize sustainable development by promoting the green transformation of economy.The green economy is also a crucial trend of economic development in China.Since the reform and opening up policy,the economy has achieved rapid growth.However,it also suffered from a series of consequences brought by the traditional extensive development,such as the deterioration of ecological environment,resource shortage,etc.,which have become weakness in improving wellbeing of people.In order to realize the long-term and coordinated development of ecology,the economy of China requests the green transformation urgently.The green economy will certainly lead a transformation of green technology and green profession,generate green jobs and trigger the demand for green skilled talents in the labor market.However,China is facing a severe shortage of green skilled talents,which may restrict the development of the green economy.As the main supplier of green skilled talents,how to cultivate green skilled talents and meet the demand of green skilled talents in the labor market has become an urgent theoretical and practical problem for higher vocational education.From the perspective of green economy,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of green skilled talents training in higher vocational colleges,draws lessons from the experience of six countries in the European Union in the green skilled talents training,and then,puts forward the suggestions for the green skilled talents training.It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to strengthen the supply of green skilled talents,and help the development of green economy in China.First of all,based on the UIG and the Three-Force Model of Green Economic Development,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework,that is,the Three Force-Model of Green Skilled Talents Training,which is used to analyze and discuss the main body of green skilled personnel training and their respective roles.Secondly,through in-depth interviews with teachers and students of higher vocational colleges and employees of relevant enterprises,it is found that there are some problems in the process of green skills training in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of general green skills training,the need to improve and perfect professional green skills training,and so on.With the help of the Three Force-Model of Green Skilled Talents Training,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and finds that imperfect policy system,the insufficient participation of enterprises and the insufficient preparation of higher vocational colleges restrict the development of green skilled talents training.Thirdly,this paper starts from the government,enterprises,colleges to summarize the advanced examples and rich experience of green skilled talents training in Britain,France,Germany,Denmark and other six countries in the European Union.Finally,based on the analysis of the causes of the problems and the experience of the European Union,it is suggested to improve the training of green skilled talents in higher vocational colleges in China from the aspects of improving the supporting force of national system design,guiding enterprises to provide pulling force based on demand,and providing driving force of green higher vocational education. |
