In order to better adapt to the urgent needs of social development for high-level applied talents,actively develop the professional degree graduate education with Chinese characteristics,the quality of professional degree graduate training has received universal attention from the society.Professional degree graduate training quality evaluation is also more and more important in the research of higher education.However,the lack of professional ability and the low quality of training have long been the bottleneck of the development of graduate students with professional degrees.In order to develop a high-level talent that is fully in line with the social development and the needs of the employing unit,a set of scientific,systematic,reasonable and effective training quality evaluation system for graduate students should be set up,n order to improve the training plan,improve the quality of training and promote the healthy development of professional degree graduate students,it is necessary to promote the construction by evaluation and reform by evaluation and give full play to the guidance and diagnostic function of the evaluation system.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the following aspects:The first part introduces the background of this research,summarizes the domestic and foreign research results related to the research content of professional graduate students' training quality evaluation,and introduces the research ideas and research methods of this paper.In the second part,the author defines the related concepts of the professional ability-oriented quality evaluation system for professional degree graduate students,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper at the same time,It also points out the practical significance of constructing a professional ability-oriented evaluation system for professional graduate students' training quality.The third part introduces the construction standard of the professional ability-oriented professional graduate student training quality evaluation system,and expounds the evaluation value orientation,the evaluation content and the main body of the evaluation respectively.In the fourth part,This paper attempts to analyze the quality evaluation system of professional degree graduate training in China,and points out the problems existing in the existing evaluation system,and discusses the reasons for these problems.In the fifth part,after analyzing the existing problems and reasons of the current professional degree graduate training quality evaluation system,we try to construct a professional ability-oriented professional degree graduate training quality evaluation system.Starting from the determination of the main body of the system,the selection of evaluation methods and the design of indicators,this paper tries to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of postgraduate training quality,which highlights the characteristics of professional degree education.The quality evaluation system of professional degree graduate training based on professional ability can effectively reflect the requirements of enterprises and employers for the training quality of professional degree graduate students.It is beneficial to correct and reconstruct the existing quality evaluation system of professional degree graduate training,to make it more suitable for the essential requirements of professional degree graduate education,and to make it closer to the actual situation of professional degree graduate training.It is conducive to the improvement of the training quality of graduate students with professional degrees.
