Research On The Strategy Of HUST Science Park To Promote College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship

Nowadays,under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,all kinds of incubators,accelerators and GIS(Group Innovation Space)are developing rapidly,which plays an important role promoting entrepreneurship for college students.University Science and Technology Park(USTP),meanwhile,as an effective base of cultivating students' innovative and entrepreneurial talents plays an important role as well.However,at present,problems on college students,like insufficiency of innovative ability,weak of innovation atmosphere,low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,are still exist and the USTPs as connection between university and society or market,become important platform of college students innovative entrepreneurial activities because of its superior innovation environment and rich business resources.Therefore,it is of great significance to build and play the role of university science and technology park platform to promote innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.National University Science and Technology Park(NUSTP)at Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST),as an outstanding USTP in Hubei and even in the whole country,developing very rapidly in recent years,also carried out some work in support of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship,obtained relatively good results.This article introduced the construction development of the NUSTP at HUST,described the status quo of how NUSTP at HUST supporting college students' innovation and entrepreneurship,after a detailed analysis to identify the existed main problems of industrial agglomeration,activity effectiveness,and innovation achievements,and used the factor analytic method to analyze the influences to college students' innovation and entrepreneurship,combined with the current innovation and entrepreneurship important top-down work deployment,constructively put forward the effective countermeasure and suggestion to promote college students' innovation and entrepreneurship for NUSTP at HUST,and intending to find new practical mechanism and mode fitting the actual local USTP to support college students' innovation and entrepreneurship,provided references to other local NUSTP to enhance the level of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship and promote the development of USTP to a win-win situation.
