Research Of The Evaluation Indicator System Of Talent Environmental Competitiveness Among Prefecture-level Cities In Shaanxi Province

There are similarities and differences in Talent Environmental Competitiveness among different regions.Currently,there is no such a developed evaluation system for the comparative analysis of Talent Environmental Competitiveness in prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province.Additionally,the research methods are relatively simple in the existing research.For instance,in the aspect of selecting evaluation indicators,it is common to acquire the primary indicator through summarizing literature,and an analysis method is used to establish the evaluation indicator system thereafter.Such research methods need to be further improved.Therefore,the thesis combined with relevant theory of public management,attempted to use principal component analysis,correlation analysis and clustering analysis and other research methods and statistical means to establish an evaluation indicator system of Talent Environmental Competitiveness among prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province.Furthermore,with this system,the thesis ranked and did a further study on Talent Environmental Competitiveness among cities in prefecture-level.It is hoped that the research could become a reference for optimizing the talent environment at all levels,enhancing the Talent Environmental Competitiveness,and further enhancing Talent Environmental Competitiveness around the province.
