Study On The Demand For Entrepreneurship Education Of Agricultural University Students In Northeast Three Provinces

In recent years,entrepreneurship eduacation has attracted extensive attention from domestic and foreign scholars and has become a hot topic in the higher education sector.At present,the employment forms of university graduates are severe and the competition is becoming more and more intense.The Chinese government is very concerned about this phenomenon.The state has successively introduced a series of policies to encourage college students to actively start businesses.The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has been continuously valued by the country.The problem of entrepreneurship in agricultural colleges and universities has also been taken seriously by all walks of life.Students of higher agricultural colleges,due to their professional characteristics,can rationally guide their entrepreneurship to promote the development of agriculture and rural areas in China.In the popularization of entrepreneurship education in agricultural colleges and universities,China is facing the problem of imbalance in supply and demand structure.With the development of the national economy,the number of universities and the scale of enrollment continue to expand.At the same time,the supply of higher education is also declining.The unbalanced development of the quality of talent training and the contradiction between social supply and demand have become increasingly prominent.This paper takes four university students from three agricultural provinces in Northeast China as the research object,and uses descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,difference analysis,mean value and variance analysis to conduct empirical research on the supply and demand of entrepreneurship education for agricultural college students in three provinces in Northeast China.This paper firstly designs the index system of entrepreneurship education supply and demand for agricultural university students in three provinces in Northeast China.Then it investigates the status of entrepreneurship education in agricultural colleges and universities,analyzes the actual needs of entrepreneurship education in agricultural colleges and universities,and analyzes the individual needs of entrepreneurship education in agricultural colleges and universities.difference.Finally,this article puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively carry out entrepreneurship education in agricultural colleges and universities and practically improve the basic quality of entrepreneurial practices in agricultural colleges and universities,aiming to strengthen entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and improve the quality of employment.It provides reference value and practice for the three Northeastern provinces and other higher agricultural colleges across the country in order to promote better employment for college students.The study found that college students in agricultural universities in the three provinces of Northeast China have strong entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial interest.They have strong demand for entrepreneurship education in areas such as corporate management capabilities,entrepreneurial comprehensive capabilities,and comprehensive entrepreneurship knowledge.There are also certain differences in the specific needs of entrepreneurship education among college students of different genders,majors,and grades.And put forward three suggestions for these issues: Agricultural colleges and universities combine the needs of college students with the supply of entrepreneurship education,provide entrepreneurial education provision for the individual differences of college students in agricultural universities,establish a complete curriculum system,and create a campus cultural entrepreneurial atmosphere.
