Content:In order to meet the public demand for higher education,really popular education,private higher education has experienced from scratch,from weak strength,after nearly 20 years of development,in promoting the development of China's higher education reform and indelible role,become an important part of higher education in China.However,in the process of rapid development,private colleges also exist a series of problems,one of the most outstanding,the most critical problem is the construction of teachers team of private colleges and universities.Based on the private higher vocational colleges full-time teachers in anhui province as the research object,through interviews,questionnaires,only four professional teachers in higher vocational colleges in anhui province team to investigate.With specific case of Y college,using historical analysis and comparative research,combining with the equity theory,the psychological contract theory and double factors incentive theories,understand the current private higher vocational colleges in anhui province professional teachers such as age,professional title structure is not reasonable,strong liquidity,the disadvantages of compensation system is not sound,from the angles of government and school to find the causes of problems is mainly due to the Chinese system defects,run by the local colleges and universities own management system existence question,full-time teachers teaching plan is not rigorous,recruitment and incentive system is imperfect,and so on.Then from two aspects: the government and the college itself put forward the corresponding countermeasures: the government must eliminate the institutional barriers,creating a fair education environment,increase policy support and funding support,perfect the relevant laws and regulations,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of private higher vocational colleges full-time teachers.Private higher vocational colleges themselves should optimize the educational condition,changing ideas,completes the full-time teachers teaching planning,pay attention to the management system of construction of college teachers and students,improve the college recruitment and incentive system,establishing professional teacher training system,etc.
