Good staff structure can improve the utilization of human resources and work efficiency, and teacher’s structure is reasonable or not directly related to the efficiency of school teaching, and thus affect the long-term development of the school. Private higher vocational education "congenitally deficient" made its "congenitally deficient" of teachers, teachers appear all sorts of problems, of which the most prominent is the structure of the teaching staff. This study is a delegate with Y in Henan college of empirical research, with Y college to spy out our province private higher vocational teachers structure construction, is for private higher vocational teachers’ individualized exploration of structural problems, hope can provide a reference to non-governmental higher vocational teachers construction.Articles according to "ask questions- analysis- problem solving", comb in the existing literature, questionnaire and interview, on the basis of using two-factor theory and human capital theory, points out that the satisfaction of motivation and hygiene factors can improve the teachers’ work efficiency, enhance the teachers’ satisfaction and loyalty of professional education, illustrates the construction of teachers, teaching structure optimization, and the importance of focusing on teachers. Access standards at the same time points out the teachers did not refined, possession, seniority wage ratio is too low, low benefits, training and evaluation mechanism of the existence of such problems as imperfect is irrational teachers structure and the main factors of stability and satisfaction through low. In this paper the structure of the teachers discussion focused on the following three stages:Problem representation stages: this part mainly use questionnaire investigation, using the chart as auxiliary, the Y college teachers’ professional background structure, age structure, academic structure, title structure made a present situation description, at the same time points out the problem of Y college teachers’ structure.Reason analysis phase: with data and interview data, access from teachers, social perception, benefits, training and evaluation mechanism and so on five aspects analyses the causes of the irrational teachers structure, on the basis of analyzing the reasons, examines the vocational education in developed countries-Germany, Australia, and Japan’s vocational education teachers construction problems, and points out that the teachers establish feasible access and occupation ratio and other measures to raise the seniority wage is our worthy of reference.Problem solving phase: this part describes the status quo, on the basis of analyzing the cause and the experience for reference, starting from the government and school are two main body, will optimize the structure of the private higher vocational teachers solution typed, specific and operational.Through the study on the structure of the private higher vocational teachers in our province, found that the structure of the teachers professional background structure, educational background and age structure of the problem, therefore, in practice, we should according to the actual needs of the vocational school, take specific operational measures to optimize the structure of teachers, such as setting high maneuverability of teachers access standards, typed distinguish employment standards, improve the system of teachers’ salaries, improve the occupation ratio of seniority pay, pay attention to teachers management in the incentive factors and hygiene factors, to encourage private higher vocational teaching staff structure more reasonable and perfect.
