Economic globalization has promoted the development of the information industry,and the global health crisis caused by the COVID-19 epidemic has accelerated the wave of global digital transformation.In such a highly developed information society,information technology fills every corner of human society,including study,life and work.Primary and middle school students are still in the stage of cognitive development,and they are easy to be trapped in the "information cocoon room".Under the background of high Internet penetration rate,information literacy in primary and secondary schools is beneficial to personal physical and mental development,and more related to the future of the country and the nation.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the cultivation of information literacy of primary and secondary school students.But due to the related research and practice started relatively late,in the aspect of theory research,although education both at home and abroad on the theme of "information literacy education research has obtained the certain research results,but focus on information literacy education of primary and secondary schools and build for primary and secondary schools to explore and discuss the education of information literacy education system has yet to be full.In practice,the education department of China also attaches more and more importance to information literacy education in primary and secondary schools.However,with the continuous advancement of information literacy education,some problems gradually emerge,such as: prominent regional differences in the holding of educational resources;The uneven distribution of teaching resources;Some teachers have negative teaching attitudes.This study takes the information literacy education of primary and secondary school students at different stages as the entry point.On the basis of literature research and practice progress research at home and abroad,it investigates the status quo of information literacy education of primary and secondary school students by interviewing teachers and questionnaires.From the perspective of collaborative development,the author clarified the role orientation and teaching scope of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools in China,attached importance to the connection of learning sections,and based on consolidating information literacy education,constructed an information literacy education system suitable for primary and secondary schools in China.It includes: cultivating students' information consciousness and emotion,improving their information ability,expanding their information knowledge,and perfecting their information ethics;The curriculum system is supported by the subject curriculum composed of information consciousness curriculum,information quality curriculum,information guidance curriculum and information ability curriculum,as well as the practical curriculum composed of activity curriculum and situational curriculum.Full-time teachers and part-time teachers constitute the main body of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools.A guarantee system composed of policy and system guarantee,personnel guarantee,funds guarantee and environmental guarantee;The implementation form of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools is composed of discipline integration education,second classroom education,multi-subject cooperation education and wisdom education platform education.And the evaluation system composed of regional cooperation evaluation,school-running level evaluation,education and teaching evaluation,individual development level evaluation.
