In 2011,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standard(2011 edition)",which pointed out that the language curriculum is committed to cultivating students' language ability.Therefore,in the new period,the use of language skills training has become the most important language teaching.The ability of writing can reflect students' ability to use language.This paper mainly discusses the strategies and effects of improving the students' learning ability in fourth grade.There are four kinds of research methods in this paper:1.Literature research method.I will seriously study the pedagogy,psychology theory to provide theoretical support for the subject.2,The questionnaire survey.In this paper,the students who have failed their compositions in the first,second and third units of the fourth grade are selected as study subjects.Through the comparison of excellent students and students with learning difficulties,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the writing ability of students with learning disabilities.3,Personal interviews.This paper analyzes the problems of students with learning disabilities through personal interviews.4,Action research.In this paper,the research constantly summed up and constantly improved to develop a practical strategy for the transformation of learning difficulties students.In addition to introduction and conclusion,this paper mainly includes three parts.The first part is the fourth grade primary school students with poor learning.Through the analysis,this paper holds that:Students with poor academic background do not know and can not write.The students who lack the ability to read and write into their own use,lack the ability to transform daily life into writing material,lack the ability to write specific things and lack good writing habits."Learning not to go" and "not writing" show a vicious circle.The second part is the strategy of transforming the students in the fourth grade.Including counseling strategies,practice counseling strategies and habits training strategies.Psychological counseling strategies are:creating an atmosphere for the students to provide comfortable classroom;positive hints to overcome the students broken window psychology;a little progress every day,to give students a successful experience.The coaching strategies are:fun teaching,to improve students' ability to recognize and write words;methods to guide students to improve the ability to recite recitation;multidimensional observation,to improve the ability of poor students to collect material;thinking to lead the way to improve the specific writing ability of students with learning disabilities.Habits to develop strategies are:reading an article every day,to develop reading habits of poor students;Writing a sentence every day to develop students the ability to write a sentence.The third part is the effect of the implementation of the strategy of transforming the fourth graders.The effect of the implementation of the strategy is:in the longitudinal comparison,the writing level of students with learning disabilities increased steadily;horizontal contrast,the average level of learning difficulties students increased 5.9 points.
