A Present Situation Study Of Three Private Universities' Students' Musical Associations In Wuhan

Music association activities are important art practices in private collegees,and they are also effective ways to enrich college students' campus life.Studies related to private collegety music association are significant but few.Taking the music communities of Hankou College,Wuhan East Lake College and Huazhong University of Science and Technology Wuchang branch as examples,study their present situations,in order to promote their development and progress.A variety of research methods as interviews,inductions,literature research,questionnaire survey are used in this paper,and the paper is divided into three parts:In the first part,the paper introduces the definition,types and characteristics of the private college music communities,and summarizes their operating conditions,forms of activities and basic functions;In the second part,the paper analyzes the basic situation of the music associations of the three private colleges from the aspects of funds,activities,management and so on;In the third part,the paper points out that the private college music associations should improve external management,regulate the internal management,optimize the organizational structure,enrich the content,expand sources of funding,strengthen technical guidance,and improve the incentive mechanism,strengthen the network propaganda to improve their current situation.
