Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Music Association In Senior High School

Quality education has always been a hot topic,how to cultivate students' comprehensive quality ability has also aroused widespread concern of the society.Many schools began to actively carry out students' extracurricular activities and set up various student associations.Among them,music associations play a great role in promoting students' musical aesthetic ability,cultivating their interests and hobbies,and expanding their cultural horizons.The author conducted a field investigation on the activities of the Music Association of the 49 th middle school and high school in Chengdu.The author uses literature,questionnaire,interview and other research methods to study the existing problems of the high school music community,and explores some effective strategies that are conducive to the development of the school's high school music community,hoping to play a role in promoting the development of the school's high school music community,as well as Chengdu District High School Music Association provides some reference.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and so on.The second part introduces the development history of Music Association,expounds the positive significance of developing music association from three aspects of students,campus culture construction and classroom teaching,and summarizes the activities of Music Association in 49 middle and high schools in Chengdu.The third part is the author's investigation on the status quo of music associations in 49 middle and high schools in Chengdu,including students,teachers and parents.The fourth part is based on the third part of the survey,from the community members,community teachers,schools,parents four aspects of analysis of the current high school music community problems.The fifth part is based on the investigation of the problems,such as improving the management mechanism of community,innovating the form of communityactivities,strengthening the construction of teachers,enhancing the ability of students' self-management and so on.
