This paper is aimed at achieving these following goals:improving the effectiveness of class teaching,improving students' active participation in class learning,promoting the formation of students learning community,making students truly become the center of the class,and improving their abilities of initiatively acquiring knowledge and continuously learning.In this paper,the teaching activity of "heterogeneous forms for the same subject" is taken as the main body of the study which is carried out by the Biology Teaching Group in Luotian No.1 senior high school in the second semester of 2015-2016.This paper analyzes and compares the effects of the "heterogeneous teaching of same class" in senior high school biology teaching on the promotion of biology teachers'professional development in middle schools and the improvement of students'comprehensive qualities under the background of new college entrance examinations through class recordings,students interview,test examinations,and simulation experiments,which is of great significance to the cultivation of students' comprehensive qualities.The Mendelian pea hybridization experiment(?)was taken as an example to reveal the first section of genetic law In this study.The experiment was carried out by three teaching programs:simulation experiment of the segregation of character,figuring out Mendel's explanations and making the students independently "understanding" Mendel by the Internet,reading room and other means.Through the examinations,evaluations,questionnaires,exchanges of interviews and other comprehensive response,the study found that "heterogeneous forms for the same subject" has a great impact on the teaching and learning in high school Biology.In terms of teaching,teachers cannot only devote themselves to the study of teaching materials and the design of their own distinctive courses,but also can encourage all teachers in the same subject to discuss and develop a special school-based curriculum.In the aspect of learning,students can actively improve their interests in learning.It can increase students' participations in the class,and gradually forms a new student-centered concept through the design of different forms of activities.In short,"heterogeneous forms for the same subject" can promote the optimizations of teachers' teaching methods and improvements of students' learning methods.
