The new curriculum standard emphasizes the people-oriented view of students,under the guidance of this concept,students are masters of learning and teachers play the role of facilitator and helper in teaching.In the western area of less-developed education,this concept has not been fully implemented,and teachers are still the main body in actual teaching.Teaching and research activity is a very effective way to help teachers understand and practice education concept.“Heterogeneous Forms for the Same Subject” is a teaching research activity recognized by the first-line teachers since the 21 st century.By participating in this activity,it can improve teachers the efficiency of ideas into practice.Now,the study of “Heterogeneous Forms for the Same Subject” focuses on four aspects: the concept of itself,the promotion of teachers' professional development and attainment,and the quality of class.But in this activity,the research of how to fully implement the idea of Students as the Principal is very few,so in this article,through teaching examples to explore how to highlight the students' subjectivity of high school chemistry “Heterogeneous Forms for the Same Subject”,to put forward reasonable suggestions for promoting the new curriculum idea more effectively guide the daily teaching and cultivate students core quality.This research concludes the following main points,the first is reading a large number of relevant literatures to understand the research on domestic and overseas status of Students as the Principal of teaching and “Heterogeneous Forms for the Same Subject”,then to define the core concepts reasonably.Secondly,by listening to lessons,watching the classroom activity,using the method of combining quantitative and qualitative to research the situation of the implementation of the idea of Students as the Principal in “Heterogeneous Forms for the Same Subject”,analyzing the instructor's understanding of the concepts and behavior of the students in class.The third is to investigate the students' subjective status through questionnaires and analyze the students' understanding of their subject status in the study.From the above three research,it is found that although teachers have attention to students' subjectivity in “Heterogeneous Forms for the Same Subject”,the implementation is too formal,and students' inquiry-based activities have carried out,but teachers give students thinking and communication time is insufficient.However,students are not aware that they are the main body in learning,that is,students should actively participate in learning activities instead of relying too much on teachers' teaching.Finally,based on this problems to put forward some suggestions and strategies to improve the high school chemistry “Heterogeneous Forms for the Same Subject” attaching great importance to Students as the Principal respectively from the state,schools,teachers,students,family five aspects,to improve the quality of the teaching and researching activities of the organization,and promote the new curriculum idea guides the daily teaching more effectively,cultivate students core literacy.
