The implementation of the new curriculum standards not only brings new challenges to teachers,but also puts forward higher requirements for the teachers.In order to better adapt to the trend of the new curriculum reform,teachers must change the teaching concept and establish a new educational concept.Therefore,how to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and construct efficient physics classroom teaching has become the subject of persistent exploration by every physics teacher.Carrying out "same-class heterogeneous" activities and constructing an effective communication and exchange platform will help teachers better understand the curriculum standards,understand students' needs better,optimize classroom teaching,abandon some inefficient or even ineffective teaching methods,and achieve improved teaching Effectiveness,to achieve the purpose of classroom efficiency.These problems are difficult to get a thorough understanding and solutions through independent thinking,but after putting it up for everyone to study and discuss together,it will be clear soon.As Suhomlinski said: "Any teacher can not be a comprehensive embodiment of all the advantages.Every teacher has his advantages.He has strengths that others do not have,and he can live in a spiritual life.It is more prominent and more complete than others in one field." This kind of differential resources among teachers can be fully utilized in cooperation and joint discussion.This article is based on the implementation of the "same class heterogeneous" activity in the physics teaching and research group of Guangyuan Experimental Middle School.Through a questionnaire survey of some high school physics teachers and students in Guangyuan City,we understand the current status of the "same class heterogeneous" activity in the physics teaching of Guangyuan High School,Propose specific and effective methods and steps for heterogeneity in the same class,and put forward opinions and suggestions for the problems that appear in the investigation.The research process mainly applied the literature method,observation method,interview method,questionnaire method and statistical analysis method.Through literature search,comprehensively and multi-anglely consult relevant materials,and analyze and compare these materials to understand the background and significance of using "same class heterogeneity" to enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching.By observing the development process of the "same class heterogeneous" teaching ad research activities of the physics group of our school,and conducting in-depth intervies with some of the middle school physics teachers and students of different levels studied,we understand that teachers have obtained during the implementation of the "same class heterogeneous" activity Enlightenment and thoughts provide reference for the design of the questionnaire.Then conduct an open questionnaire survey on students and teachers to understand the teachers 'views on the "same class heterogeneous" teaching model and students' feelings in the classroom.After statistical analysis,find the problems in the "same-class heterogeneous" teaching,and analyze the reasons for the problems,and then make substantive research suggestions for improving the effectiveness of high school physics classroom teaching.According to the current research on "heterogeneous in the same class",combined with the comprehensive qualities of the teachers of the school and the academic level of the students,corresponding solutions are proposed to improve the efficiency of the high school physics classroom,thereby improving the quality of school education and teaching,and promoting the overall development of students.
