With the widely promotion and universal implementation of process of education information,the kindergartens information has been a large task for the preprimary education,and the application of information technology in teaching of kindergartens(AITTK)has been an inevitable tendency for the development of kindergartens' teaching.However,what is the current situation of AITTK,how the application effects appear and how can we to improve the application effects,these problems have been a difficult problem to be solved for the general preschool educators.To solve these problems,the thesis conducts a systematic deep research on the evaluation of effects of AITTK.The research ideas are divided into four aspects including analyzing the application current situation,analyzing the influence factors,evaluating the application effects and presenting the improving strategies of application effects.The research methods are document analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,the interviewing method and action research method.The detailed works and innovation points are list as follows.Firstly,the current situation and the existing problems of AITTK are analyzed.The current situation of AITTK is analyzed on the basis of video data from five major fields in kindergarten,and it has given a new direction for the next study.Secondly,influence factors of AITTK are analyzed.Trough fish-bone chart method,the influence factors are divided into four aspects,which are the environment factors,the information factors,the teacher factors and the infant factors.Then the importance degree of each factor is analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process method.What we have done make a foundation for conducting the research on evaluation of AITTK and improving the application effects.Thirdly,the evaluation method of AITTK effects is studied.The evaluation indicator system is built on the basis of analysis of influence factors and questionnaire surveys.And combining with the characteristics of the built indicator system,the evaluation model of AITTK effects is built.The detail evaluation steps are given,and an instance for the evaluation of AITTK effects for kindergarten of Binhai is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method.At the end of this part,the regulatory mechanism of AITTK effects is also given to make a direction for improving the AITTK effects.Finally,the detail ideas for improving AITTK effects are given from four aspects,which are the environment factors,the information factors,the teacher factors and the infant factors.All of the ideas are proposed on the basis of the previous study,such as the regulatory mechanism of AITTK effects,the analysis results of influence factors and the whole idea of evaluation of AITTK effects.
