Objective:.Linear evaluation method is the most common method in the present study balance,it is to point to by calculating the subjects plantar pressure center(COP)of the displacement,velocity,etc to the balance ability of objective evaluation.The purpose of this paper is to use linear evaluation method to study aerobics athlete in by visual experiences,support area,motion factors under the influence of body balance control ability.Methods:In this experiment,the Swiss company Kistler produced by the three-dimensional power station for the collection of human body foot pressure center(center of pressure,COP)signal.Sampling frequency of 1000 Hz.Subjects were in the open eyes and eyes closed under the conditions of two feet,single foot and heel three posture of standing.In the experiment,the subjects were asked to stand on the dynamometer,and the hands were naturally drooping,and the eyes were flat and the body was balanced as much as possible.Three standing posture requirements are as follows: feet standing: feet standing on the measuring platform,hands naturally hanging on the side of the body.Eyes flat in front.Single foot standing: standing on the basis of the feet,the steady standing after the leg support,the other foot bent knee on the foot of the ankle support.Eyes flat in front.Single foot heel stand: standing on a single foot basis,the steady standing after the legs will be the focus of the transition to the forefoot forehead,heel stand up.Eyes flat in front.The Results:1.Movement level balance control ability of aerobics athletes,athletes aerobics athletes body balance control ability is superior to the level of aerobics athlete,mainly displays in the single foot support about the center of the plantar pressure when the direction of the movement speed.2.There was no significant difference in the distance of COP between the healthy group and the COP group in the ML direction,but there was no significant difference between the moving distance and the velocity in the AP direction.3.There was no significant difference in the distance and velocity of COP in the ML direction between the healthy group and the first group athletes in the standing position of the eyes.There was no significant difference between the moving distance and the velocity in the AP direction.4.There was no significant difference in the distance and velocity of COP in the ML direction between the healthy group and the first group,and there was no significant difference between the moving distance and the velocity in the AP direction.5.There were significant differences in the COP distance of the athletes.on ML?AP directionbetween standing alone with open eyes and standing with open eyes.The moving speed was very significant only in the ML direction.There were significant differences in COP distance on ML ? AP direction between standing with eyes closed and eyes opend,and the difference in AP direction was very significant.There were no significant differences in the COP indexes of the athletes between the standing with eyes opened and eyes closed standing.There was a significant difference in COP distance of the athletes between the standing alone with eyes opened and eyes closed.6.There was a significant difference in COP distance of Level-one athletes in the ML direction between standing with eye opened and standing aloen with eye opend;The moving speed in the ML,AP direction are very significant differences.There was significant difference in the COP distance of the Level-one athletes between standing position in the standing and closed eyes.First-class athletes open eyes and standing with eyes closed eyes under the state of COP under the indicators only the speed of movement in the AP direction there is a significant difference.There is a significant difference in the AP direction of the COP in the single-foot standing state of the first-class athlete's standing and standing-up.Conclusion:1.Athletes body balance control ability is superior to the level-one of athlete,mainly displays in the single foot support when on the left and rightoscillation of the body.2.Level-one athletes' body balance ability is rely more on vision than athletes.Coaches can the visual information and training to improve by reducing the aerobics athlete's balance control ability.3.Support area change impact aerobics athletes body balance control ability,two feet body balance ability is better than standing on one foot,the training of the coaches can through reduce the support area to improve the balance control ability of athletes.4.Athletes in the front and rear direction of the control ability are better than the left and right direction of the control.5.Aerobics athletes in the front and rear,left and right direction of the balance control ability to show stability in the left and right direction more difficult to control,so in aerobics training,coaches should focus on training athletes around the direction of balance control.
