Objectives:(1)observe the effect of 8 weeks of yoga asanas on balance ability of high-level athletes in competitive aerobics.(2)to explore the influence of yoga asanas on aerobics. Methods: from October 15 to December 15,26 athletes from the aerobics team of xi 'an institute of physical education who were above grade 2 were selected as experimental objects. After the balance ability and flexibility test, they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 13 people in each group. The experimental group carried out yoga asana exercises outside the daily aerobics training, three times a week, each time for 60 minutes. The control group only received daily aerobics training. The control group and the experimental group did not practice in any form except yoga postures and aerobics training. All subjects were tested for balance and flexibility before the intervention and 8 weeks after the yoga asana intervention.Balance tests include the DIOBEX balance system test, the star shift to balance test, the one-foot eye closure test, and the two-foot eye closure step test. The flexibility test includes the sit forward bend test.Results:(1)after 8 weeks of yoga postures intervention, the value of one-foot closed eye support in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that before the intervention, the value of left foot before the intervention was 51.85,the value of right foot was 39.92,and the value of left foot after the intervention was 78.42,and the value of right foot was 73.28(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-intervention group, the data of the eye-closing walking group were significantly improved, with the pre-intervention mean of 30.07 and the post-intervention mean of 58.78(P < 0.05).The BIODEX balance test values after intervention were significantly different from those before the experiment. Most indicators of balance ability in the experimental group were significantly improved(P < 0.05).(2)after 8 weeks of yoga posture intervention, compared with the control group, the left and right direction indicators of the foot stability test increased, and there was no statistical change in other directions.Analysis found that some balance indicators did not significantly improve(P > 0.05).(3)after 8 weeks of intervention, the data of the control group and the experimental group were compared and it was found that the mean value of the experimental group was 26.78,the mean value of the control group was 21.35,and the P value was 0.00(P < 0.01).Conclusions:(1)from the data,it can be concluded that yoga posture intervention has a positive impact on the balance ability of high-level aerobics athletes.(2)there was no significant difference in the improvement of balance ability between the athletes after yoga posture intervention and those without yoga posture intervention(3)after 8 weeks of intervention, yoga asana intervention significantly improved the flexibility ability of high-level aerobics athletes.
