Higher normal colleges and universities sports education professional,is the cradle of fostering qualified sports talents,it shoulders on the responsibility of cultivating grassroots sports talents.Most of these students after graduation by applying examination into the primary and secondary schools in grassroots sports teaching training,their level of sports teaching and training directly affects the level of primary and middle school students physical health development and the formation of the concept of lifelong sports.Students in the learning process is not only to skillfully grasp the action skills,and on the basis of the skills students all-round development,is a qualified sports teachers' comprehensive ability.This requires the teachers in the teaching process,according to the student's existing level of development,design a more scientific and reasonable teaching mode,to improve their professional ability.The traditional teaching mode in training talents,after many years of rich and perfect has formed a strict system of training talents,for the cultivation of sports talent made great contributions.Shanxi Province sports scores falling in the past two years,students performance is very obvious,to the skill course teaching brings great difficulties,aiming at the status quo,this paper applied special ability and the sports teaching the principle of complementary,aiming at the students' ability of special physical quality,specialized technology,specialized research,teaching ability and psychological indexes such as experiment confirmed that "special ability and sports teaching complement each other" have a certain feasibility and advantage.In the second semester of track and field sports teaching major freshmen in the common course for the javelin teaching as the basis,provide a reference for other professional sports skill teaching,and using for reference.In this paper,through the method of documentary,teaching experiment,content analysis and other scientific research methods,to shanxi normal university sports institute 2015 level sports education professional 1503 class of 40 at school as the experimental object,sports training and sports teaching complement each other in the application of javelin as the research object.Filtering through the expert concluded that the specific indicators in the four indicators,experts from the selection index to the student's physical quality(30 m run,standing long jump,after a solid sphere,high turn over,10 s45 15 kg,10 s inclined push s oft stand,10 s weight of 15 kg,10 s sit-ups,10 s bench press 20 kg,crouch,shoulder experiment),technology assessment standards(technical evaluation and technology evaluation standard),special ability(special throwing special technical ability,teaching ability)and psychological indexes(interest in learning enthusiasm and autonomous learning,learning,emotional experience)analysis from several aspects.After the experiment through the analysis,the main research conclusions are as follows:1,based on the principle of sports training and sports teaching complement each other's influence on the students' physical quality has significant difference: the experimental group and control group 30 m students run,standing long jump,after a solid sphere,high turn over,10 s45 15 kg,10 ° inclined push s oft stand,10 s weight of 15 kg,10 s sit-ups,10 s bench press 20 kg body quality has been improved after the experiment,through the T test and found the experimental group and control group test results there are significant differences.2,after the experiment experimental skills assessment and grades compared with control group skill score evaluation and training exist significant differences,analyses the sports training and sports teaching in terms of complementary principle compared with traditional teaching can make students' skill evaluation standard and get good grades.3,experiment applied some of the roles were reversed,rotate as group leader,games and other means,to make the students' teaching ability,explanation and demonstration ability,the ability to find errors and correct action,venues and equipment comprehensive application ability)has the very big enhancement,but students in dealing with a sudden time is a little inexperienced,the need to slowly accumulate students in the later work.4,in training students' personality psychological development has great advantages,this experiment adopts various auxiliary teaching practice and the game through the interaction between groups and tour guide teachers,individual guidance to the lack of ability to students according to their aptitude,to adapt to the differences between different students' learning needs,so in the students' psychological(interest in learning enthusiasm and autonomous learning,learning,emotional experience)teaching effect is significant.
