The popularity of soccer among young people, which is related to the echelon of soccer talents in our country, is the foundation of the sustainable development of soccer sport in our country. The popularity of soccer sport in the youth is directly related to the level of competitive soccer development on a national level. Since the 1992 reform, professional soccer in China has developed and expanded China soccer market, and gained some achievements in cultivating young soccer. However, facing the rapid development of soccer worldwide and the goal of China's soccer future development, how to further improve the popularity of Chinese soccer level and perfect the training of youth soccer athletes are the problems that soccer professions in our country must pay attention to.Given the situation above, by selecting cultivating young soccer athlete in our country as the research target, and through the integrated use of literature, investigation, logical analysis and other research methods, this paper analyzes and discusses the concept and attribute of relationship between goods and professional soccer player, the training process and the production process of young soccer players, and the coaches, cultivation conditions, capital, and organization and management of soccer among youth. In the analysis of the relationship between professional soccer players and merchandise, and from the aspect of concept and attributes, this paper argues that professional soccer players meet the concept of commodity and have the similar dual attributes, and that professional soccer player can be regard as a special kind of "goods". In exchange, it is the circulation of human capital, rather than the exchange of natural persons. Based on the theoretical analysis above, this study attempts to transfer the elements of production from economics to physical education, and then analyzes the training of young soccer players.Through the research and analysis, the conclusions are as follow: First, professional soccer players, which have the conceptual characteristics of goods and the dual attributes of goods, are a special kind of labor. In exchange, it is the circulation of human capital, rather than a natural person. Second, the trend of Chinese soccer market development is good. The support from the government and the gradually increasing social demand will bring great potential to the youth soccer training and investment. Third, the number of Chinese soccer coaches is insufficient, and training content need to be added and updated. The work environment and the treatment of coaches needs to be improved. Fourth, young soccer athlete in our country mainly concentrated in schools, clubs and soccer schools. While clubs and soccer schools have the facilities and equipment that meet the needs of young soccer players, campus soccer field and equipment do not satisfy the demand. Fifth, there is a large gap between the investment in training of the juvenile soccer players in our country and that of the developed countries, and some professional soccer clubs did not regard developing echelon as important in the development of the club. Unified investment in training for young soccer players is compatible with the planned economy, but with the development of society and economy the unified phenomenon should be broken. Sixth, there is no clear and specific temporal regulatory provision for young soccer athletes, leading problems in circulation of young soccer players. For the above phenomenon, this paper suggests: First, improve understanding of professional soccer players in professional soccer, so that people have clear understanding that the soccer player is human capital in circulation, and thus increase the human capital of soccer players, and improve the value of soccer player. Second, increase the investment channels for young soccer players training and exercise the directional leadership of the government. At the same time, profession should encourage social investment and increase enterprise and individual investment. Third, increase in the number of soccer coaches in China, especially the number of coaches for young soccer athletes. At the meantime, update and supplement timely of training contents and improve the treatment of coaches. Fourth, pay attention to the development of soccer in school, increase in the number of campus soccer fields and equipment, ensuring the number of youth soccer player in China. Fifth, diversify the investment for the youth soccer training. The exercise of power of the state is the foundation and social investment is the safeguard. By attracting investment from enterprise and family, marketize and socialize the youth soccer athlete training. Sixth, establishing standardized circulation system of juvenile soccer players is the task that China Soccer Association should complete. Only in this way we can facilitate our country's young soccer athlete circulation, reduce the brain drain of personnel training, and give guarantees for our young soccer players and training institutions.
