Since ancient times,domestic and foreign educators all have been advocating that education should have the ethical character.Teaching has been considering as a professional full of moral.From the current view of education development,teacher professions' moral practice.However,in order to guide education,the code of conduct in the moral practice must be combined with individual teachers.Although most middle school teachers committed to moral practice,they often face more complicated than expected situation in education work,which is full of contradictions and conflicts.These contradictions and conflicts affect teachers' individual educational work,bring more or less stress,pressure and challenge to teachers at the same time.These contradictions have restricted the teachers' professional development and the level improvement of professional ethics.Therefore,this paper starts from the perspective of ethical relations,and presents the ethical dilemma of middle school teachers in the educational work,and finds out the reasons of the ethical dilemma and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the main ethical relations faced by teachers.In view of the sensitivity of teachers' professional ethics and the implicit characteristics of teachers' moral judgments,the choice of research methods is based on case study,interview and observation,supplemented by questionnaire.The study found that middle school teachers will put ethical relation between teachers and students in an important position.Most of the teachers try to adhere to the ethical norms and ethical principles,but the education practice will often face the dilemma of fair and caring,strictness and kindness,democracy and authority.When facing students' ethical dilemma,teacher with different professional ethics quality showed significant differences.In the face of colleagues,the vast majority of middle school teachers hold the basic respect for colleagues,equality and cooperation,but when teachers face colleagues and colleagues for sub division of virtue damage the interests of the students in the practical circumstances,they often face the dilemma of loyalty or exposure.Teachers in most cases will choose to stand with colleagues,but they often do this in anxiety.Most middle school teachers think the parents relationship is difficult to reconcile.Facing the parents,teachers often appear value dilemma,justice dilemma and honesty dilemma.In terms of the relationship with management and leadership,middle school teachers most often face the dilemma of taking responsibility of students or leadership,for ideas of their own professional or follow management's willingness.Facing these two dilemmas,different teachers have different coping styles.After the comprehensive analysis of each part of the dilemma,we find that the reasons leading to the ethical dilemma are as follows: the complexity of the multi-role of middle school teachers and other subjects is the root of the ethical dilemma.Unclear external specification,examinations and studies and missing external ethical organization are the external reasons that teachers can not correctly handle the ethical relations.The lack of professional quality and the lack of professional beliefs are the internal causes of some teachers' ethical dilemma.Based on the above reasons,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve or alleviate the ethical dilemma of secondary school teachers.:in the face of the contradiction between the same value system,the teacher should clarify the value of the comprehensive educational situation;in the face of the contradiction between the value and the concept of the different subjects,the teacher should learn the strategy of dialogue and communication under the premise of adhering to the ethical bottom line;teachers' ethics should adhere to the ethical orientation of the combination of Duty Theory and Benefit Theory in the face of ethical dilemma;the establishment of the corresponding professional ethics organization and culture provide external support for the teacher's ethical dilemma;improving teachers ' professional ethics is the fundamental way to solve the dilemma of teachers' professional ethics.
