With the professional development of teachers pushing, teachers’ professionalethics has become the soul of the professional development of teachers. Countriesaround the world have paid great attention to teachers’ professional ethics because ofthis situation. Some scholars whose researches are related to the theme have graduallydeepened.Obviously, the teachers’ professional activities are closely related to the teachers’professional ethics. However, at present our secondary school teachers face many ethicdilemmas in their professional activities. These difficulties make the teacher’s dignitydamaged. Teachers’ professional activities are shocked by negative factors of theteachers’ professional ethics. What is worse, teacher professional development isseverely hindered and even affect the whole reputation of teachers’ professional team.Aiming at this reality, the author carries out this study. In this paper, based on theresearch results of professional ethics of teachers at home and abroad, firstly this papertheoretically analyzed the connotation of secondary school teachers’ professional ethicsand this established the foundation for follow-up study. Secondly, the author takesthe middle school as an example and obtained reliable data through observation andindividual interview.Based on the first hand material acquired, the author deeply analyzed the teachers’professional ethics dilemma and its practical performance. Then, according to theethical dilemma of reality, the author analyzed the reasons caused by the system ofgovernment, social culture and teachers themselves, and finally puts forward someeffective paths to solve the problem.The research on Teachers’ professional ethics dilemma, not only can solve manyproblems in the current education, but also promote the construction of teachers’professional ethics. All in all, it would be beneficial to find out the difficulties insecondary school teachers’ professional ethics practice and put forward usefulcountermeasures for all the relevant participants, including teachers.
