Core strength training can help athletes in sports to keep their body balance,improve the athletes' onset of coordination,complete technique and perfect for athletes with the links to provide physical support.In physical education specialty,table tennis is very popular with the masses of students,but most of the students' table tennis level is poorer,one of the reasons is because most coaches or use before the traditional physical training method for training,training method and content of the single old,understanding of core strength is not enough,is not the core strength training,the introduction of table tennis teaching and training,of course,with the domestic does not have a scientific and systematic core strength training methods and theory system about table tennis players have a direct relationship.Many table tennis coaches know the core strength training is not enough in-depth,and on the relationship between the core strength training and table tennis is not very clear.The purpose of this article is to study the core power in the college table tennis students majoring in the pace of movement and the relationship between loop technology,for the majority of college teachers and provide better training students table tennis table tennis coaches pace and the method of forehand loop technology.This study in luliang college sports education professional grade 2013 students majoring in table tennis as the research object,through comparative tests of core strength training,students majoring in core strength training for table tennis to study related issues,to explore the core strength of table tennis students majoring in the pace of mobile and the influence of loop technology,a table tennis training on how to better,improve students' table tennis moved and loop technique training methods to provide the reference.The results showed:(1)Tested for all students before the experiment,the test results show that the students individual differences,this is due to the different student's physical quality,the result of objective factors such as gender,age,belongs to the normal phenomenon,according to former experimental test for all students,undifferentiated group after training intervention,the experimental group USES the core strength training method and thecontrol group with general strength training method.(2)Through test subjects' s abdomen bridge test data from the test group and control group in core strength there exist significant difference after the experiment,in which the experimental group had significantly improved,the control group,no significant changes.Two groups of subjects core into the main reason is that the experimental group on the basis of traditional strength training,design and improve the training content and methods,more targeted way to design the core strength training,and with the help of the corresponding auxiliary exercise equipment do to improve the core force of the subjects.(3)Through the test data with the subjects of eight spots it is concluded that the pace of the experimental group and control group after experimental mobile there exist significant differences,including the experimental group have significantly improved,the control group,no significant changes.Two groups of subjects were the main reasons for the differences in sensitivity and speed are two groups of subjects were conducted strength training,but the experimental group students in targeted core strength training,core strength enhanced obviously,as the body in the process of rapid movement provide greater kinetic energy and better maintain the body balance ability,thus to shorten the time of the body to move,move faster.(4)Through test subjects a minute of the number of loop test data from the test group and control group after experimental loop technology exists significant difference,the experimental group had significantly improved,the control group,no significant changes.Two groups of subjects in the loop technology aspect difference is the main reason of the subjects on the basis of core strength training,the body core strength enhanced obviously,movement speed is improved,the use of loop technique,core muscles can rapidly together with kinetic energy and power support,better to complete the loop technique.(5)At the core of the students in the experimental group of strength training of the students in the process of feedback and the indicators of the test results show that the core strength training to improve the pace of table tennis players move and loop technology and body weight control of upper and lower limbs in the table tennis has a positive role in promoting coordination.Shows that this experiment method and training method is feasible,through the training method can effectively increase the body's core strength.Advice:When table tennis coaches in core strength training,bear in mind that not one size fits all,to master the athletes' individual differences,scientific and reasonable corestrength training;Table tennis coaches in the core strength training,and do not blindly training,want to have a purpose and targeted;Table tennis coaches in the core strength training,and to constantly update their knowledge base,grasp the forefront of the dynamic core strength training,theory with practice,to ensure the training plan scientific and feasible;Table tennis coaches in the core strength training,and to design reasonable training contents and plan,organized the training step by step;Table tennis coaches in the core strength training,and pay attention to grasp the good training of "degree" grasp the training of "quantity".
