The 2022 "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Strengthening the Construction and Management of High-level Sports Teams in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" clearly pointed out that colleges and universities are the main body of high-level sports team construction, and colleges and universities should clarify their own mission and strive to cultivate more students with excellent character and training for the country. With the continuous improvement of the participation and popularity of Chinese tennis players in the four major tournaments,it has also promoted the rapid development of domestic tennis. In tennis, the quality of the baseline forehand and backhand will determine how well the player performs throughout the match. The bottom line requires core strength to support the stability of the body in the forehand and backhand mobile hit,and the stability of the hitting body in the movement will also affect the quality of the shot, but at present, there are few studies on the impact of core strength training and tennis forehand and backhand movement hitting stability, and further exploration is necessary. In this study,20 college tennis players from the tennis team of Chengdu Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,in which the experimental group underwent core strength training for12 weeks, and the control group used traditional strength training at the same time. Before and after training, the bottom-line forehand and backhand hitting depth, hitting accuracy and hitting speed indicators were used to detect the bottom-line forehand and backhand movement hitting stability of tennis players and statistically analyzed.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the three indicators of forehand and backhand bottom line hitting depth, hitting accuracy and hitting speed between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(p>0.05);(2)Compared with before the experiment, the control group showed a significant increase in the hitting speed index after 12 weeks of training(p<0.05),while there was no significant difference in hitting depth and hitting accuracy(p>0.05);(3)Compared with before the experiment, the experimental group showed a significant improvement in the three indicators of hitting depth, hitting accuracy and hitting speed after 12 weeks of training(p<0.05);(4)After the experiment, there were significant differences between the bottom line forehand and backhand hitting depth and hitting accuracy of the athletes in the control group and the experimental group(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in the batting speed index(p>0.05);Conclusions:(1)Traditional strength training has significantly improved the speed of forehand and backhand hitting in college tennis players, but it has no obvious effect on the depth of hitting and accuracy of batting the ball.(2)After passing the core strength training, the athlete has obvious improvement effect in the three indicators of bottom line forehand and backhand hitting depth, hitting accuracy and hitting speed.(3)Core strength training can achieve better results than traditional strength training on the bottom line forehand and backhand stability of college tennis players.
